My family has used Thurber Jewelers the last several years for all of our jewelry needs. The reason that we keep going back is truly because of the service provided. If there is something that you're not finding, they will help you find the right thing. Both Hannah and Andi helped me select nice bracelets for my daughters for the holidays. More importantly they knew what they were selling and knowing it would be a great fit. I have my favorites on my wish list so when it comes to special events, my husband knows what he is selecting is something I will love. When we came back from a trip, I had bought a bracelet abroad. Andi instantly took the bracelet to ensure that she could check it for me to ensure that it was authentic. I wasn't charged a thing! We are currently in the process of creating something special for my wedding ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. Andi knows that this is something that takes time and isn't a snap decision. IT'S IMPORTANT! She is patient and always willing to help create something to ensure it's the right thing. Not only is Thurber Jewelers local, but always willing to give back to our community! I love that about them! I would recommend Thurber Jewelers to anyone!!!

Andi Fox is amazing!! My fiancé (now husband) and I came in to get each other wedding bands and have some jewelry appraised. Andi helped us every step of the way and made it such an easy, breezy process! She explained all of our options to us and was honest throughout it all. We could definitely tell that she had our best interest in mind. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better experience than what we had with Andi at Thurber Jewelers. Highly recommend to everyone!

Andi is absolutely amazing. I brought in a number of pieces my parents had and we worked together on sizing, resetting stones and designed an entirely new ring from stones I had. Her ideas and guidance during the process were incredible and the ring she designed is outstanding. The customer service, attention to detail and prices are first rate. I can’t thank the Thurber team enough for their hard work.

Andi was phenomenal to work with. I came to Thurber after my original engagement ring was messed up from a different jeweler. I had a idea, but was unsure of what i exactly wanted. Andi helped me through the process of customizing my ring. I am so happy with everything and how beautiful my engagement ring looks. She answered any questions I had and taught me things I didn't (happy she did) know about my jewelry. She was able to bring my dream engagement and wedding band a reality. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Thurber Jewelers for years now. Their customer service is hands down, the best there is. Such personalized service, you feel like family. I've purchased quality pieces at fair prices. I've had incredible luck with repairs as well. Their staff knows jewelry, and are experts without a doubt. I've sent family and friends there numerous times and they've all come back impressed with the service and quality. I can't say enough good things about this place. Andi is, by far, my favorite. She has a passion for jewelry, and her knowledge is unmatched. She's incredibly personable and will go to great lengths to help you out!

Thurber is fantastic! I bought my wife’s engagement ring here a few years ago, and they’re the only place we take it to keep it maintained and looking nice.
The team is knowledgable and their customer service is great. I’d recommend them to anyone shopping for jewelry, but especially if you’re engagement/wedding ring shopping!

I just got my last piece back which was an upgrade to my wedding ring. I’m quite obsessed with it!! She helps you with choosing everything down to the prongs that the diamonds hold and why one should choose one example over the other. Prior to my family meeting Andi at Thurber Jewelers we had horrible experiences at a very well known jewelry store! They have our business for life. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I brought my wedding ring in to be cleaned and the gentleman cleaned it while I looked around (found a cool glitzy nail file that I had to have ) he did a beautiful job on my ring and was very polite and friendly ? will be taking my ring back there for future cleanings for sure!

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my Beautiful Wedding Ring. After 31 years, it looks Brand New Again. New crown with new prongs, and added to the 2 channels. I LOVE IT!!! It feels brand new again!!!
