Staff was very helpful and got my phone data transferred even though the other store said they couldn't. Rachel was nice and attentive even with it being busy.

The staff here was very Helpful and Knowledgeable about their phones. I'm sure they know things about other things also.My biggest complaint, what's up? The store was very dirty.

Cooper was a huge help today. He set me up with 4 new lines and talked me through what phone was the best fit and even got me a home internet with a $20 discount.

Staff was very inconvenienced that they had to stand up from sitting on the floor when I came in. It was two young girls, started off extremely rude right off the bat when I asked to return my Internet box. Immediately I was told “you can’t do that”. I was not informed their “manager that needs to do it” till after they wanted to give me 4 other reasons not to do their job. They ignored my obvious annoyance and said “have a great day” very sarcastic. If I could rate this store negative stars I would. I’ve worked in phone retail stores for over 6 years and I’ve never been treated like that as a customer. Very disappointed. Find another T-Mobile to give your time to because this one is too busy enjoying their lack of customers within the store.

Really nice guy, but didn't even look up our account when we had questions about our phones while traveling. He literally just stood in the aisle and talked to us. Went to another store and got the info we needed. :'(

Had the pleasure of working with Matt and Cooper today. They are the new managers, and were very helpful. Will definitely get my return business!

Very disappointed in this locationNo apologies for waiting, changing in store policies versus what T-Mobile told us to do with our old phones. And telling the customer people don't delete their phone information before turning in? Not true. Plus this location previously had an employee take copies of photos off a customers phone too. So yes, people delete before turning in their phone.

Avoid T-Mobile at all costs!I recently had the misfortune of dealing with T-Mobile, and the whole experience was an absolute nightmare. My phone had a screen issue, and I went to them for assistance. Despite explaining the problem in detail, the first employee I encountered simply brushed me off, telling me to go to Batteries + instead. What a wild goose chase that turned out to be! Batteries + couldn't do anything about my screen issue, and this ridiculous runaround ended up wasting two full days of my time.On the third day, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I researched and confirmed that my phone was still under warranty. I even became an authorized user on the account so that I could handle the claim without the account holder being present. When I called T-Mobile to explain my situation, the person on the phone was the only helpful individual I encountered throughout this ordeal. However, my optimism was short-lived. When I walked into the store and explained that I wanted to use my warranty, the employee I dealt with immediately tried to sell me a new phone, making it sound like it was the only solution and that I could walk out with one if I paid off the remaining amount on my current phone. It was a blatant attempt to earn a commission. When I insisted on using my warranty, she told me it had expired, which it had not. She even had the audacity to say, "I know you need to leave with a phone today," as if lying about my warranty was justified. The entire interaction was unprofessional and reeked of dishonesty. She seemed more interested in pushing sales and her personal comfort rather than helping customers. She would sit on the desk and speak condescendingly to her coworkers. Side note, hygiene standards are a thing for a reason; an employee's hygiene shouldn't affect a customer's experience. In the end, I realized I could have solved all my issues at home by myself in just 30 minutes with the right information. My visit to this T-Mobile store left me feeling grimy and thoroughly unsatisfied. My advice to anyone encountering issues with their devices: save yourself the trouble and find a solution on your own. T-Mobile is the last place you want to be for assistance.

Phones advertised on TV, but none in stock at stores. Not enough technical personnel in stores. We always have long wait times at the T-Mobile stoes.

Omg the girl that works here needs to pick up the pace. It’s unbelievable how slow someone can move when there is a line out the door.

Came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night with a dead phone. Bryanna was a massive help with getting a new phone picked out, set up, and even stayed late 15 minutes past closing to make sure the new phone was working, since there were issues that arose due to the old phone not being able to confirm changes.Friendly, knowledgeable about all the questions I had, highly recommended.

Walked in as a family of 5 and received excellent customer service. I am never excited to get a new phone and was especially not looking forward to changing carriers. However, Sam is incredible! She was so helpful and answered all our questions. Never once did I feel rushed or like we were taking up too much time. Not until we were all set up and leaving did I realize that the store had been technically closed for some time and yet, not once did Sam try to rush us out the door.
