“Amazon shipped multiple items to our home in one box. I thought I could ship the "customer pack" items back to them in that same same box. That is not how it works.

I was irritated (at Amazon) and having an already crummy day. The staff were nothing but patient and helpful. One young man even offered to help me cancel my return by using my phone to assist me, unfortunately I did not order the item.

Got the items returned. Thank you for your patience and kindness. Top notch Amazon Return service.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. No matter the project, these ladies are so helpful and willing to work me through any project to ensure the best possible quality. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's always appreciated. “Our mailman, Brandon accidentally put our package in the wrong spot (we live in a townhouse complex so many mailboxes) and was able to find it immediately. He was super apologetic. You don’t come by that often- kudos to you, Brandon for your hardwork and self correction. I hope we can continue to have you on our route.The reasoning for my four stars is because when I called Elk River USPS about a missing package as it had been days, the office gal tracked it down and told me there was nothing she could do as it shows delivered. I explained how I lived in a townhouse and there just may have easily been a mix up, asked if she could relay the message to our mailman since I don’t get the chance to get to him when he delivers mail. That was not the case, she did not care one bit, instead my neighbor had to flag down our mailman about it and that is the reason we were able to figure it out. Very disappointing.”
