If you haven't done Red Light Therapy you have to give it a try, especially if you're in your 40a or above. This works wonders for joints, knees, shoulders, anywhere you feel pain it can help. If you can't get there 3 times a week. Do at least once a week for a month.

Great place to work out. I've been working out for 15 years. I travel a lot, I really like that you can find a Planet Fitness just about anywhere. That alone is worth every penny of the Black Card Membership.

Great place and location to achieve your fitness goals. The staff are always friendly and helpful, greeting you coming in and out. The equipment and facility are always clean.

I joined this club in February 2024 after cancelling my membership at Lifetime Fitness. From the moment I walk in until I leave the staff is phenomenal. Always cleaning, always helpful and happy. I love this place!!!

I want a fitness center that is clean, well staffed, great equipment, and most importantly, safe! Unfortunately, Planet Fitness allows biological men to be in the women changing room/bathrooms! This is absolutely crazy! How can my daughters and I feel safe to change clothes when there are adult men undressing next to us? Talk about setting up an extremely unsafe environment for girls/women! Allowing men to shave themselves in front of us, stare at women dressing, and who knows what else. Who is to say what actions these men will take. Will they follow us home? Totally unsafe and totally unacceptable!

The space is very clean and well kept. The staff are respectful and really friendly. The spa after a hard workout is awesome and a great way to relax. Going to a gym as a woman made me nervous in the beginning (worried about feeling unsafe), but everyone has been nothing but kind and respectful.

Elk River, Planet Fitness employee Phil is one of the nice and caring employees. He always has the locker rooms clean. Willing to help out wherever he can. Most nights, I see him working harder, keeping everything clean than most people working out.

I just joined and I have to say Phil is awesome. I've moved a lot, and belonged to many gyms. Phil is probably the most friendly and welcoming employee I've met at a gym. I noticed he goes out of his way to build relationships with members. He mentioned he does all the cleaning at night...and he does a fantastic job!
