Night staff Is very rude! Some guy with long hair and wares a rag. Poor customer service. If you don't like the night shift switch please don't rush customer.. because there's a auto zone in Blaine that stays open until midnight. And the people there is really great. I'm just saying. In the future customer should just go there. Where you don't have to be rushed by sone guy who is always mad.

Worst customer experience ever! Pretty sure his name was Brian.
Dude was super rude, didn’t say hi or anything when entering the store, didn’t ask if we needed help or anything just let us stand there and stare at him.
Then finally when he snapped and asked what we wanted he seemed super inconvenienced by us like he had something better to do.
Dude needs a serious customer service class.
This used to be my go to store because the men were super nice and knowledgeable and also super close to home.
Not anymore.

They have been great getting the parts needed to do a brake job on a couple cars! They did not have the 11mm Alan we needed though! Looks like they don't even stock it!!! So don't go there for the 11mm Alan socket!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Last night went in to buy a battery for a Range Rover Evoque. Walked in the store and was totally ignored not a hi, not I will be right with you,,,nothing... The employee helped a customer that was there before I came in, then answered the phone, still not a word... I stood there for a while.. Finally he gave me a look..like what you need? I told him that I need a battery for a Range Rover, he proceeded to look in his computer, and could not find a Range Rover, the I had to help him to let him know that he needs to look under the Land Rover to find a Range Rover, finally he found it, but selected a wrong model, thank God I was watching the screen at that point, told him to go back and select the right model.. After I paid he wouldn't even ask me if I need it help to carry the battery to my car while there were no customers in the story or phone calls. All the women beware of this store, don't know what they are doing, and would not offer any help. Looked like he hated to be there! Never going back!

I ordered shocks and springs. So far they have gave me three different assemblies and still can’t get it right! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have already paid for a product that they can’t get right

Buying 65$ in parts and present a 100$ bill OH! I CANT BREAK THAT says the manager who then says well I just got back from the bank and bla bla. My wife runs her garage sale more professionally.I will say at least they don't close the doors 9 min early but I did get a "you got 3 min till the computers shut down" showing up 3 min till close. I mean come on for a industry slowly being put to pasture due to 1/2 price online availability of literally everything they sell you'd think 100$ bills and customers making staying open till ten worth it would get better treatment.Seems to be the norm nowadays after Covid so like I said at least they didn't close up 10 min early because the workers seem to think we close at the same minuet They get to rush out the door.Thankful yet frustrated

I stopped to pick up custom paint that I ordered and some parts. I was greeted by two of the staff (in photo) with big smiles. Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store.BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don’t mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.
