Do yourself a favor and work for another company. Dishonest. Doesn’t pay you per diem for being out of town. (I have seen a fraction of what I should have had) Owner is a hot head. And the safety lady doesn’t belong in her position. She knows absolutely nothing about trucking. During orientation she teaches you nothing, but rest assured you’ll hear her whole life story. Her “policies” will take an hour off your clock every day guaranteed. They want you to skip tolls on east coast runs, which means you’ll lose 8-12 hours a week by taking the “scenic” route. They make all the money and pay their drivers next to nothing.

This is not just a company, this is a family. To the owner you are not just a number you are his family. Once you are a part of this company you will forever be a Novco driver unless you do something to lose that. This isn’t a trucking company this is a place you can call home.

Got cussed at by representative when trying to book a load. Terribly unprofessional, when I was simply verifying critical load information as to not make a undeliverable commitment.

A small flatbed company. Honest & straight forward. A Very good place to work. They keep you busy & have a great philosophy towards their drivers.

100% crooks. These guys stole my child support checks and used them to pay their fuel bills. Only after the state took them to court did they final pay the day before. Never paid the interest that I received from months of missing child support. Not to mention that when I quit a a result of me finding out that they were stealing my daughter's money they also did not pay me my last check. Absolutely do not work for these crooks. Dirty company that will hang you out to dry.

They can meet all your over sized material hauling needs with the proper permits and escorts if and when needed all over the lower 48 united states
