Both of our children attended this location since they were in the infant room and we had a great experience! The communication about how their day was going was clear and helpful. It was amazing to see them learn, grow and build relationships with other kids. Our kids loved their teachers in all of the rooms they were in, it's a great team. Katie and Tarah are approachable and helpful whenever we had questions or something we needed the center's partnership with. We only left this location due to a family move but would recommend this to any family in the area.

I’ve had both of my children with new horizon since they were able to enroll. I have had nothing but great experience with new Horizon Academy. Their curriculum is second to none, And the staff are always friendly. Katie and Tarah do a phenomenal job in my opinion as well as all of the other staff at Elk River. I can understand the difficulties they may have with so many different personalities and energy levels in the room but I believe they handle it in a professional manner. I would highly recommend new Horizon Academy to anyone. Thank you Elk River new Horizon Academy for all that you do!

My children have been attending the Elk River NHA for the past year and a half. I am so impressed with the connections the teachers have made with my children.My three year old looks up to the teachers so much and is always pretending to be a teacher. Management is always there to greet us with a smile.

This place is an actual joke. Bring your kids here if you're okay with them being picked up by their forearm and dragged around. Or if you're okay with them charging you, even after you've terminated care and then taking FOREVER to refund you. Never will I recommend New Horizon Academy to any parent.

Katie and Tarrah discriminate against any child that isn't what they consider "normal" or "perfect" or that requires the staff to actually do their job and pay attention to the kids. They force you into a corner and demand you to provide accommodations that allow the staff to do less, if you happen to have a toddler that is "too busy of a body" for them. At the end of the day New Horizon is a business and the only thing that matters is money, not your childs best interest unless your child is their variation of normal, but even than they still only actually advocate for their employees.

We absolutely loved New Horizons! The staff is so friendly and they really care about the kids. I always felt blessed to have my kids attend such a nice and comforting center. Thank you New Horizons!

My kids love it here!!! They have amazing teachers and staff!!! Their kindergarten readiness program is awesome! When the kids are out of school for the summer there are multiple field trips a week to keep them busy!!!
