DONT RENT HERE!!! I have been trying to resolve an overcharge issue for nearly 6 months. The phone number is a service and the owner doesn't respond to the service when issue are raised. I finally had to cancel my rental unit and move to another facility. I doubt I will every get my money back. You can tell by the lack of google review responses from the owner on how much he cares about his public image.

DON'T RENT HERE!! You will thank me later!! Impossible to get any problems rectified! This storage facility has a management company taking calls and they are unable to help you with anything other than taking a payment. No calls are returned whatsoever! I had an understandable increase in rent in Aug 2022 and a notification came out. I was totally fine with this as it is normal business, however, there was another 26% increase in rent in Oct 2022 with no notification and the payment just came out of automatic payment I had set up. Water leakage from roof which they are aware of and will tell you it’s fixed and it’s not! Oh, and don’t even think that you will get your deposit back because again, you can’t reach anyone to tell them you didn’t get it. I never got any problems rectified before moving to a better storage rental property. SAD!

I rented space in July, moved out in July, had to pay a second month as they require advanced notice. Was told we would receive our deposit back within a week. This is now mid October and despite several phone calls to their office, I have not received our deposit money yet. up date, got a bounced check from them. This is January 2023 and still no deposit from Name Brand Storage Howard Johnson

This company is a blatant scam. Customer service is non-existent. It is near impossible to contact them about any issues, and if you want to stop renting a storage unit.I rented a self storage unit for a couple years after a move to a smaller residence and for a cheaper storage unit, it was great. Security was good, grounds were kept clean, and there were many sizes to choose from. Trouble arose when trying to get in contact with the owners. Since moving into a larger residence, I no longer needed to rent a storage unit, so I got in contact with someone and told them I wanted to cancel my rent and they told me via email that I would no longer have to pay for my storage unit. However that was back in early August and it is now mid November and since then, I have been receiving daily past due notices via emai saying I owe over $300 in rent. I have sent emails on a weekly basis to every email I can find associated with this company only to have them go unanswered. I have called every phone number I could possibly find associated with them only to be sent to a voicemail that is completely full. This company does not communicate with it's clients. The property it provides for rent is decent but it isn't worth the obvious scam they are running. In addition to all this nonsense, in the process of searching for ways to contact them, I found multiple reviews from the owner and their friends on their own properties to boost their review scores. It's as shady as it can get. Do not rent from them.

I enjoyed using the Ramsey facility while I had it, but it has become impossible to cancel their billing now that I have moved out of my units. I talked to someone at the beginning of the month, and they said they would cancel my contract and refund the month that had just been charged. I never received the refund, was billed again for one of my units, and when I call to try to straighten it out, their mailbox is full. It has gotten to the point where I had to put a stop payment on them through my bank. I am disappointed with how they run their business after they get you in the door.

Rented from them for over a year very good service but when I canceled I was to receive my deposit back. Been waiting for 3 months and have called several times. They keep saying they will send it but have not received it

Would not recommend. We are still waiting for our deposit after 3 months. We did receive our refund, however the check was returned for insufficient funds.
