“I've been washing my family of 5's clothing here for a couple months now and have been happy with the facility. The clothes come out clean and the dryers actually dry. Earlier this week I went to start a dryer and it gave me an error code after I'd paid for it. I had to move my laundry to the next dryer and pay for the cycle a second time. I called the number they have posted and got a voice-mail but the recording says they accept texts to the same number so I sent a text message letting them know the dryer showed an error code. Roughly 3 hours later I got a phone call and they offered a reimbursement for the cost of the dryer I didn't get to use. 4 days later a lovely handwritten thank you card with the cash reimbursement arrived in the mail. I appreciate the fast and complete resolution of the small issue.”
