Thought I would support the small local business, but I wouldn't do it again! They piece together a bunch of scraps and had stains on them. Told us it had to be done that way. Our old thicker carpet had two seams, they installed with 7! Seams. They decide to chop it up, supposedly so it would be able to be carried in. Plus, there are 2 stains, no offer to take care of it no offer of anything.
They also make you pay up front, so you have NO RECOURSE! Sorry, I went there.....
REALLY, WE DID NOT STAIN THE CARPET. IT WAS STAINED WHEN WE GOT IT!
GOES TO PROVE YOU DGAS.
SUCH JERKS YOU ARE.

Our experience from start to finish was great! Teresa came out and did all the measuring, offered her advice on which carpets/pads were best for our space, and quoted it out within a few days! They then waited until we were ready to order, and then the installers were fantastic as well! We will definitely be back in the future- the whole process was so easy and they did a great job!

Fairly impressed with Kjellberg. We are currently having 2 levels of floor installed. Hardwood is done and carpeting is now being put in. The installers that are on our job are doing a very good professional install. The help we received leading up to this project was very good.

I have to preface that this is my second flooring installation from this company. Once again, from start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. Kjellberg was in contact when they said they would be, checked in when needed, and their installer, Lonnie, was prompt and very detail oriented. I couldn't have asked for a better installer. He took the time to customize the installation around our banisters and steps, and that dedication made a world of difference in the appearance of our flooring. I would highly highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Kjellberg Carpet One from start to finish. They had a nice selection of flooring to choose from. The person helping me was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Both installers, Joe and Randy, were professional and got the jobs done quickly. Even my 6 year old son commented on how nice they were! My basement looks amazing!

I had a very good experience with them. They are so unbelievabably patient. I'm not so sure I could do their job and work with women who change their minds about everything or just can't decide the whole time! I must've gone into the store 4 or more times trying to figure it out. Measuring the house was quick and precise.
Install was very smooth and looks amazing! The installer was very kind and professional. He was also a very patient man. My kids and I were banished to the basement while he worked. He never complained or seemed at all irritated if we had to come up.
Wonderful people to work with! They even worked around my special circumstances to do the install in two times for us.
