There was a gentleman working today cutting fabric and he was very nice, my son is special needs and he interacted with him so wonderfully. It made me really happy because not everyone understands his limitations. I was very pleased with my trip. Wonderful staff!

I tried to walk in at 7:45pm but the doors were locked. The hours posted online and on the door both say the store closed at 8:00pm. I could see multiple employees inside so I have no clue why they would already be locking when they weren’t supposed to be closing for another 15 minutes. Very disappointing as I just had to grab one thing to finish project.

Just drove 45 minutes at to arrive at 8pm to find out the store closed at 5pm. The website says 9pm. Change your website!!!!!!!!!

People, yes, the app leaves a little to be desired. Print off or screen shot before going maybe. But we are rating the store. I am a frequent flyer at Joann's. For the most part I am greeted by name. Thanks Kelly you need a raise! When I go in I get help, when I need help. Fabric intervention classes are on Wednesdays! The store is clean, people are welcoming and pleasant. If you need their time they get it. We do a lot of strange projects each week. Joann employees are great for brainstorming , see Gary and Kelly. Rate the store not the app. You get more bee's with honey. Kindness and love people. Need a happy people fix? Go to Joann's. Meet some people, buy some stuff, go home, create, share and be happy. I went in to get specific colorways of the big twist yarn. I couldnt find much of anything because they had JUST gotten a huge shipment and hadnt been able to put it all out yet. This LOVELY employee (Gen) found out I had driven for over half an hour because Im less fond of the closer store, and she dug through every single one of those giant boxes of yarn to help me find the yarn I had come for. This was the single best experience I have ever had in any craft store. Haley is pretty great too.

The ladies that everyone is talking about in their reviews must not have been at work today. When I bought a bunch of things a couple weeks ago I had a very passive aggressive checkout lady. Today I had to return to small items out of a large order and I did not have the receipt. They did not have a way to look up my receipt with a credit card? Who doesn't anymore? The other thing is that the lady was so rude to me she said I'm going to need ID and it's like of course I have id. So it's not like it was ripping them off after Ipaid over $100 for my order and I was trying to return about $15 worth of containers I did not need. So very disappointed. Very glad that Michael is moving into Otsego. I will be taking my business there.
