Go read the negative reviews before doing business here! They are all accurate. This is the most bust-down, shady, and unethical dealership I’ve ever been to. A family member was pulled in by the “no interest” ad on FB and bought a car here only to find out there IS interest despite Salesman “Tommy” repeatedly assured there isn’t any interest. He’s a smooth talker that’s as sleazy as it gets. Told us we never communicated our needs in the beginning even though we did. Like we’re financing a whole car, how do you sound saying we never said what terms we’re looking for? Insane amount of gaslighting.
Also sold a warranty to us which was literally no help when the car had issues DAYS after purchase.
Please STAY AWAY from this place if you want a reliable car and want to avoid SHARK loans.

I’m new here and haven’t built my credit but needed a good car to move around in, David got me approved seamlessly for a Toyota Rav4 with a fresh start program they offer, the car drives well, just what I need for now and I’m satisfied, will definitely be back when I have a better credit for a bigger car. Thanks House of Cars?

First off one needs to remember that a used car is not a new car and expectations should be aligned with used car options. That said my experience with everyone at House of Cars was exceptional. They gladly addressed all questions I had regarding my ultimate purchase and every detailed question I had for their extended warranty options, which were exceptional also.
If you’re in the market for a good deal, definitely check out the inventory available.

April 2024 by DON't buy a car from here
I bought a 2011 Subaru Impreza Wagon on January 31, 2024. I had owned a 2009 Subaru Impreza Wagon before, so I felt this would be a good car too. (HA!) I still do NOT have the title for this car. They didn't submit it to the DMV until February 26th. The car looked good but that can be very deceiving. It still had an airbag recall from 2020, so I took it in and that was when I was given the wonderful news that the head gasket has to be replaced (which is VERY expen$ive). While the Subaru dealer was working on the airbag, they also did an inspection -- something I should have had done BEFORE I bought it. They were putting washer fluid into the reservoir and the fluid ran right out the bottom onto the floor because there was a huge hole in it. Later, I opened the glovebox to get out the owner's manual and the whole glovebox fell out onto the floor and onto my foot. When I went to fill the gas tank, I found that the tether on the gas cap is broken. I have to keep airing up the tires because there must be a leak or something wrong because the warning light for the tires is always coming on. I was told that I will need new tires before next winter. All of the windows, including the moonroof, have very dark tinting (that the previous owner had put on) and there was even a huge what they call "an eyebrow" at the top of the windshield. When you get inside, it's like you're in a box or a coffin. My dog hates going into dark rooms or when it's dark outside, so it's a struggle to get him to get in the car. The previous owner also put some red tape over the tail lights. I have no idea why they would have done that because that made them not as bright as they should be. (I removed that.) For some reason that only the previous owner knows, there is a huge eye bolt on the passenger side by the front bumper. This dealer said it is attached to the frame and it's there to pull the car out of the ditch. What?! They gave me some papers and one is called Buyer's Order. In the Vehicle Information Section, there is an "X" in the Branded Title box. There is box where an explanation about the Branded Title is supposed to be completed; nothing was entered. (A branded title is for a car that is a lemon, was in a flood, salvage, it has suffered severe damage or been declared a total loss by the insurance company.) Do yourself a favor and do NOT even look at a car at this dealership. You will regret it -- I do.
