I had not been to a Dr for a physical for over 6 years. While I had to wait a short time, I was extremely happy with the service that was provided once I was with the staff. I did not feel rushed and I felt that they cared about all of my concerns. Additionally I had to have a lot of blood work done & normally I dread that equally... the lab techs were GREAT! I didn't even feel the needle and was done before I knew it... I have recommended this location to family.

Sure there's a wait time, good doctors are thorough.. Keith Moy is the best doctor there with a close 2nd with Jenny Enstrom. Professional, courteous and easy to talk to . Definitely recommend.

I arrived 20 min late. I was not able to be seen for my preop which obviously i need to have surgery. All i needed was a weight and labs. I was late and even though it was through no fault of my own, I get it that I was still late. No sympathy. She could care less. The issue was when I left. I was looking around for some information, and I notice the second I walk away she turns to the receptionist next to her and immediately they start gossiping about me. How unprofessional and tacky. I'm glad I moved 5 days ago. I'll never come back to this area and certainly not this clinic.

Love my doctor..but scheduled a mammogram for 740 am..they don't open until 745am...then want you to come 15 minutes early to check in..lol

Urgent care Elk River.
Had to wait in doctors office for 40 minutes after getting blood pressure etc. This after scheduling online for the... Save my Spot... which was 1 hour and 6 minute wait time at the time... I showed up on time and then had to wait in the doctor's office for 40 minutes. Ridiculous. Total time for doctor to enter the room from the time I walked in the front door...1 hour
Apparently the only thing that Save my Spot accomplishes is getting you into the doctor's office faster, but then you just sit there ....forever.

Annis clearly doesn't like her job in lab, so crabby! She literally grabbed the paper from me as I was still writing, then said "we need your birth date". I said, " yes, I'm still writing". She took it, said nothing except "do you have respiratory symptoms" and "ok, you're done". I asked when I'd get results and she said "I don't know. Probably 3-4 days but don't quote me".

I haven’t gone to the doctor in 2 years because of how bad I was made to feel by the nurses and doctor that I communicated with here. I left confused and sad. I used to love going to the doctor! But the experience really traumatized me. Going again soon because I have to, hoping for better results.

They called me several times, but every time I tried to call back, they called me while I was calling them back. After waiting in the only waiting room for 30 minutes, they left a voicemail telling me they were canceling my appointment. I am sick, and I needed help. Do NOT go here!!!!

My main provider, Amy Hanson, is amazing. She was the first person I saw for gynecology care and I was glad to have such a great experience right off the bat considering how nervous I was prior to it. Every appointment since she has been just as great. She listens to me carefully and answers all my questions in a way I can understand. She takes the time to explain things, take notes for me to keep, and even draws pictures/diagrams so I fully understand. I don't think I've ever had such a great provider. I didn't catch the name of the nurse I saw before the appointment and after when she gave me a shot. She was also great. She was friendly and gave me the quickest immunization I'd ever had. I thought she was just starting to poke the needle in when she said 'done' and was putting the band-aid on. The woman(also didn't catch her name) that drew 4 vials of my blood that day also treated me in the same manner. She made small talk through the process which made it go by much faster. She didn't have any trouble poking my vein(had trouble at other clinics) and I thought we were just getting started when she took it out and said 'have a great day.' I interacted with yet another woman at the front desk to inquire about my mychart account and she was also very kind and helpful. Overall I received amazing care at this clinic and and feel very comfortable in their hands! I have and would 100% recommend my provider, Amy Hanson, and this clinic to anyone who needs gynecology care for the first time or is looking for a new provider!!

Dr. Jenny Entrom is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and works with me to find the best treatment plan. She is absolutely wonderful, I recommend her to everyone who mentions needing to see a doctor.

My dr. and nurse were amazing but the lab tech just yelling my information out in the lobby not a great experience I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was 13 and I’m 22! Never in my life no class
