Big disappointment. 11 months ago we bought 2 recliners. Since then, we've had service techs at our house twice. We requested a return for store credit. The foam padding broke down in seat and back and they had to refill it with foam also the upholstery has been pilling. We've had that serviced also. These chairs have one yr mfgr warranty and we bought the extra coverage. Brittany, a manager in Service, asked for pictures of the upholstery and decided our issues were all normal wear. They'll continue to fix them, again. These chairs are still new but they don't look like it.

Attempted to stop in several times to remedy a defective mattress. No call back or any attempt by the store to remedy the situation. Purple mattress can be exchanged but there is a $150 fee that was never mentioned when the mattress was purchased. Not so thrilled with the experience.Response to your reply…This was my second time with equal results. The first purchase was a couch. The service was worse that time. Your reply is comical.

Updated to 2 stars. As of December 30th, bedframe has been fixed and the replacement team was great.Full summary of incident below:October 7th I took delivery of a bedroom set including a beframe and paid for install. The teams brings in the furniture, sets it up, and puts my mattress on the bedframe which seemed nice at the time. I let them go on their way, put on my sheets, and lay on the bed for about 10 minutes until I fell through. Upon inspection, none of the bed slats were secured, the cords keeping them spaced and rigid had been cut, and the legs were upside-down and broken. I call in, explain the situation, am asked to send a email with order # and issues and new parts would be sent. I send photos below and message at the end laying out what was damaged and missing based on the manual provided.October 22nd - call in to check on status as I cannot sleep in my bed. Given the answer that best case it'll be in by the end of the month. Okay cool, things happen. Sleep on the couch.November 10th - nothing so call in. Told 2 weeks and sorry cause there were PTOs and people out due to illness. Home delivery fee was waved so Fine, things happen, I continue to sleep on the couch.December 3rd - call in as I'm leaving the country for 2 weeks, take broken pieces and put it on the deck to swap when new parts are delivered. Told sorry, will be here soon.Dec 21st - I'm back from 24 hours in planes and airports, parts not here, can't sleep on my own bed, call in. Told we will be able to schedule delivery the 28th.Dec 30th - issue has finally been resolved and service team fulfilled proper service.1. If I were elderly and fell through the bed. HUGE liability would be here.2. THIS IS WHERE I SLEEP.3. I have been patient and the only recompense was a wave of delivery fee.Message I sent per their request with the photos attached:"Please see below for the instructions attached and the parts that are completely unusable/missing along with photos.Parts:AEx1 completely unusable, cut and upside downAGx4 all missingLx30 all missing. Only one board on AE securedRx6 damagedSx1 damagedMattress was placed on top to hide the damage. Failed after 10 minutes of use."

I spent many, many hours here. I explained that I would come find someone when I needed help. They actually gave me space to do my thing. I did not feel pressures in the slightest. When I did have questions they were still easy to find! Love our new furniture.
