We have had both our kids at all 3 First Steps locations in Rochester since 6 weeks old. Our daughter was in care until 7 years of age and son until 2. We had to move and changed our care. The staff are caring, hard working and like what they do. This begins from management all the way to the caring aides.Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

The staff is fantastic and Lisa (owner) is obviously very passionate about early childhood education! I wish they offered 5 days a week, though.

We are SO happy to have our Son at First Steps. Its an environment he has been able to thrive in. The Teachers are very invested in making sure the kids have the best day, every day!! And I'm thankful the Teachers are aware of the surroundings and are paying attention to people who don't belong at the school (see below review). Our Children's safety is #1. Keep up the GREAT job Ladies!

The staff is excellent and the class sizes are small. Great preschool and very clean. Structure is great. Very highly recommended

I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring my kids for preschool and daycare. Both my kids loved it here and they learned so much.

Love the teachers! The staff is what make it a special place for children to learn.
