Please stop setting my package right outside of my garage door where I can easily back out and hit the package. My front porch is 10 feet further and every other delivery service manages to walk the extra few steps to put outside my front door.

I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. No matter the project, these ladies are so helpful and willing to work me through any project to ensure the best possible quality. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's always appreciated. It is so nice to have reliable staff to make business operations a breeze! Thank you!

Needed some copies made for an event. I went to pick up the copies the next day and was happily surprised to see they even cut all of them to size for me!!! Thank you! Highly recommend them for printing needs.

I can’t stand companies that don’t have a direct line to the store. I just wanted to speak to a person at the store but all I could get is a virtual assistant or a call center.

Sitting outside location for 25 minutes past the opening time posted: no one here. Called customer service and was told “not sure why” it is not open. I have packages I needed to pickup. Very frustrating.

Currently in store and I just want to say Max is the best!!!!!!!!! I needed help printing some stuff and he was so patient with me even after I totally misunderstood what he said. Instead of getting irritated with me (which I probably would have done if I was dealing with a customer like me) he was understanding, personable, and hard working!!!! FedEx, clone Max and put him at all of your locations!! Awesome person all around!

Poor service. Wouldn’t let me ship the package at the location because it had a battery and they didn’t know what kind. Called customer service for the company and they told me if the would’ve scanned the label, it would’ve gave them the information they needed but they mentioned FedEx has been lazy around the holiday so they aren’t surprised.

We’ve come here a couple times to get things printed, and Berta is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to help us with meaningful projects during a difficult time in our lives. She is so genuine and willing to put time in to make it special. She has great attention to detail. We felt so cared for. We absolutely adore her.

Customer service lady was very nice.I know, not her fault. FEDEX policies stink. My business goes elsewhere. Seriously... Sorry FEDEX.FEDEX does not allow a cash paying customer (with cash or credit card) to prepay for a prepaid return label for return shipping on a parcel in case fuel prices increase.
