Had a vehicle in for a front wheel alignment. Charged me nearly twice what I expected, couldn't give me a before/after alignment numbers because their printer was broken, and credit card service wasn't working.Update after owner response: Not to start an argument in the review section, however, you have me confused with another customer. I never complained about the price and never asked for my alignment to be free (who does that?). I did ask the girl at the front desk if I could get the alignment results and she just told me she couldn't since the printer was broken. I never had an issue with a 3% card fee (I actually brought cash because I saw the 3% sign when I dropped off the car earlier in the day). The front desk did tell me the card reader was not working but I told her that wasn't a big deal because I had cash. I did ask why my receipt listed a 4 wheel alignment when I had only asked for a front wheel alignment. She stated that it always listed a 4 wheel alignment no matter what how many wheels were aligned (this sounded odd to me but I didn’t push the issue). My assumption at this point is that I was charged for a 4 wheel alignment which is why the price was higher than expected. Note, I was never given an estimated price in advance of the work being done but I assumed it would be somewhat in line with other shops in the area. At the end of the day I decided it wasn’t worth getting into an argument with your shop over maybe $80.Note: It's not a good look to call out customers in the reviews, especially when you have no idea whether you're talking to the right person.

Got me in quickly. Service seemed fine, no frills. Then when I went to pay...THEN they mention their internet is down and they can only take cash. What? Probably would have been a good idea to mention before the service. I don't carry cash with me. Only other option was to WRITE my credit card info down. No thank you. Had to run out and get cash while they held my driver's license...nice and inconvenient.

I stopped here without calling because my Jeep battery and check engine lights came on. I was losing power and saw them from the highway.They took me in, ran tests on my Jeep, and provided me with a consultation and plan to go forward given a tricky electrical situation.Friendly and competent staff, nice shop entrance, and easy to find location. Couldn't recommend them more for your tire and auto needs.

Made appointment for an alignment 9 days in advance... as their closing hour approached (on a Friday), I called to check if it was done. They stated that they "never got to it." I asked "Well, when can you do it?" Her response was "Next week". I said "Next week as in..." She replied "Tuesday, Wednesday... Thursday." I can not express how pissed I was/am! They never even had any intentions to call me! I would definitely recommend to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY ONLY GET ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION!

Went there to get a oil change and tire rotation and I was there for 40 minutes and they finally came out and told me the tool they had to take the filter off was bad and if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes to get the tool then they could do it. So I left nothing was done to my car after 40 minutes.

Brought my car in to have front tires replaced and an alignment on Sat., at 345pm, they said I could pick it up. The alignment was so bad that I had to have my steering wheel turned to go straight. Brought it back, and they had someone come in on Sun to fix it, and I guess they weren't too happy about it. I got the car back with 3 dents on the hood and a huge scratch on the front driver side bumper. I know my car, and those were not there when I dropped it off.

Just needed an oil change for our van and ran an errand while I was waiting for it to finish. It took an hour for them to complete and call me saying it was done. Not the fastest oil change I've had done, but they didn't harass me for additional services either, which I appreciate.
