just called the guidance office because i had previously graduated 4 years ago and needed a copy of my transcript. i call, press “3 for transcript ordering and guidance” or whatever, finally talk to someone- extremely snippy and not very helpful. tells me everything is done online. i tell her that i’m calling because i have no idea if i’ll need any extra information, passwords, site names, etc. she becomes even ruder at which point i ask, “is this not the guidance office? i called to receive help because i don’t know what to do? did i call the wrong place?”so crazy that that’s how you treat your alumni trying to get a transcript copy to GO BACK TO SCHOOL. not helpful, rude office staff (even attending high school, i can specifically remember the awful attitude of most in the main office), makes you feel like a pain for asking for help FROM A GUIDANCE COUNSELOUR!!!!!
