I brought my vehicle into them, requested a quote, James helped me and provided a loaner vehicle even before they had checked out my issues with my vehicle. long story short, I highly recommend The Shop! Honest and definitely cheaper than going to a dealership for repair!! Highly recommended and will use them from now on! thank you James!!

Called to see if can put a patch on my tier. Placed on hold. Then I was told 45 min later needed all 4 new tires when I asked if the other 3 were bad they said no. I asked why in the world would I replace them then? Explanation was because I have all wheel drive tires. I said no thanks just take the nail out and patch. They refused then said (can't do that) . Um I called specifically to see if you will do it and you said yes. Never will recommend this company, the receptionist is incompetent, the manager, if that's what he was is very slimy. Not recommend this place. Stay far away.. also ps. I reported this to the BBB

The bolt holding the tensioner pulley snapped in half in my Honda Odyssey. So, I had it towed to The Shop. They said they fixed and it worked for months so I didn't think about it again until it snapped again. I had it towed to a closer shop to were I was living at that time. The mechanic there took one look at it and said that they had installed it incorrectly and it had damaged it in a way that he couldn't just replace the bolt anymore and he would need to figure out a way to fix what they had screwed up. I say this as a warning for others to stay away from The Shop. I have had a bad feeling several times but brushed it off. Now I know I should have trusted my gut.

I have no idea how they're doing it but I've checked in on my review of the shop and somehow they've figured out how to remove negative reviews from google. Not only are their business practices illegal but removing honest reviews should be illegal as well. I can't just let this one go because of how ridiculous it is, and I honestly believe these people shouldn't be allowed to do business in the town I live in. I don't want these guys in my backyard anymore. My original review: Went in to just have the oil changed and a tire swap done. I was told the tires are too old to swap and that I would need to buy new ones which was going to turn an already $200 bill to a $700 bill but for some reason I couldn't get an extra set of rims ordered through them. I just figured yea ok... I'll just buy an extra set of rims and just swap them myself from here on out because you can't tell me there isn't anyone on the road that doesn't have tires older than 2014. So I figured yea ok... I'll just get new summer tires and we'll call it good for the summer at $700 because it was a full synthetic oil change. Nope! The shop has done this to me before. They went through this extensive checklist... Oh the rear struts need to be replaced.. There's a seal on an axel that's leaking transmission fluid, but the fluid is good and healthy... Really? So air can get in but it's clean? Right. You need an intake valve cleaning and your spark plugs need to be replaced. They literally rang up a $387.39 charge on just replacing the spark plugs on a 4 cylinder car! My gosh! Like I said, they've done this before. One time they told me I had an oil leak and charged me extra to dump some dye in and I never came back for a follow up. No news from them about any leaking oil... I know for a fact my A/C compressor could use a recharge but oh... That fell through the cracks of their "stepped up inspection" as well. Figures... So at this point my $200 bill which changed to $700 just jumped to $2,661.40! And all I wanted was a full synthetic oil change and a summer tire swap. I told the lady working there too that I've replaced struts before and that my struts are just fine. In one ear, and out the other. Didn't care. They need to be replaced. Really? They're tight. No bounce. Most people are aware that the automotive mechanic industry is a dirty business but these people have no shame. When these guys want to be honest they actually do a good job but this time they've gone too far. I can handle having my intelligence insulted but to do it so blatantly.. I don't think so. I obviously didn't allow them to work on my vehicle outside of the oil change. I would have to be crazy to do so. I've attached a photo of the potion of the Bill they tried to get me to sign to where I'd pay them $387.39 to change 4 spark plugs. I guess anyone with a deep well socket wrench with an extension can get filthy rich! I will no longer give these people my business. Good luck guys!

I had a small leak in my back right tire, on 7-28-2021. I called this business, because it's close to home. I brought my truck in for a small repair. They called me to inform me, that the small leak could not be fixed, and I needed a new tire. No problem! On August 29, 2021, I was driving 55 miles an hour and my tire literally blew up. It also took the fenders on the wheel well off, and bent all the medal by the tire. I called this business the next day (Monday). I brought the blow up tire to the shop. The manager, looked right at the tire, and tried to tell me this was not the tire they sold me, and of course they have no record on file to the tire they sold me. So I am out of luck a tire, and a lot more damage underneath due to a faulty tire. This business is very Scandalous, deceiving, and horrible liars. I hope they get shut down! You do not screw people over! You're a business...horrible business. Think twice before you get your vehicle worked on at this place. You will have to pay a lot more in the long run since they can't be honest and work on vehicles the way they should. I also had the bill with their letter head that shows what I paid for the tire, but nothing about the tire!!!! they also told me it was new when I gave them the ok to replace the whole tire.

I can't be more grateful for the service and transparency they gave to me. I didn't get that feeling of oh they are trying to take my money. They were open and up front with the advice given and I've got nothing but good to share about them!

Was looking for a set of tires for my boat trailer. Used the contact us feature on the website to initiate contact. Was responded to almost immediately via email as I requested. They were able to order the set of tires I needed and have ready the following morning. Dropped off trailer with boat on it and had the tires switched out before lunch. Prices were on par if not better than any others I found online and the speedy service was worth it!

Back in January or so my wife's 2012 Ford Focus was leaking antifreeze and had no heat. I have a neighbor who is a mechanic and usually looks at my cars but he was out of town at the time. I brought it to The Shop as I had heard good things about it. The problem tunred out to be the water pump and they charged me $800, which I found out later that is way high. They also mentioned they were possibly concerned of a head gasket leak, but after they cleaned up all the antifreeze, they said they weren't seeing any issues really, but to keep an eye on it. A few weeks ago she the car started over heating and was losing antifreeze somewhere, but couldn't see any leaks. I was thinking issues with the waterpump they put in so I brought it back to have them to check. I left the car with them and they called me to tell me yep, it was a blown head gasket and it would be $3800. Now I admit, I am not a car guy and that sounded really high, but told them to go ahead. I told him I wasn't sure how I would pay for it and he said they have a card I can open up with interest if paid off in a year. This was a Monday and he said he would not have all the parts until Wednesday. I am so lucky my neighbor the mechanic was outside when I got home that day. I told him the story. He asked me a few questions of exactly what the car was doing and he told me to call them back to cancel them doing the work. He told me that the $3800 was way too high for a four cylinder vehicle as he knew he could do it himself for around $1500, but from the things I told him, he did not believe it had a blown head gasket. I called The Shop the next morning and told them not to do the work and that I felt the $3800 was way too much. He asked me where I got $3800 from. I told him from you. That's what you quoted me. He told me he never quoted me $3800 and I was about $1000 high. But when he looked in the computer, he says, Oh I guess I did quote you $3800. My neighbor also told me when I picked the car up to have a jug of antifreeze with me and add some if the resevoir was not full. It wasn't and I had to add almost half the jug. They charged me $75 for the so called pressure test to find out the problem. When I got home and told him I added half the jug, he told me they charged me $75 for something they never did. He said to do a pressure test, they needed to have the resevoir full so obviously they didn't. He felt they diagnosed the problem with symptoms only and from what they said back in January. You won't believe what the problem was that my neighbor discovered. There was a hairline crack in the antifreeze resevoir so it was leaking antifreeze with a very fine mist that pooling in our garage or at her work would never happen and would only leak when the car was hot so there was pressure. Oh, by the way. That $3800 turned into $150 for parts and labor from my neighbor.

They sent out a mailer for a oil change for $19.97 so I called and asked if there were any hidden fees. I informed the man of the year make and model of my vehicle and he did confirm what the ad stated that tax and shop supplies were extra and the total would be just over $25 he said 25 dollars and a little change. When the work was completed the man in the office tried to get me to swipe my credit card for over $29. I complained and he threatened to call the police and got very angry and he made an accusation that I probably complain everywhere I go. I told him only if someone is trying to cheat me. He then angrily changed the price to over $27 which I paid to avoid him possibly doing something violent. I have the receipt clearly stating he charged 22.95 plus tax and shop supplies. $3 is not much but if they are dishonest on a small job imagine what could happen on a much larger job.
