We’ve had a super positive experience with Deneen - we’ve used her services for over 5 years. Absolutely no complaints, I’m surprised at the reviews. Everything has been filed on time and we’ve never had an issue. This year I sent her my documents last minute and they were prompt in getting back to me. Highly recommend!

Don’t pick this company - really bad communication through my whole experience of filing with them. They charged as much as tax prep people I’ve used the last few years and offer far less with their services. The worst part is they didn’t even communicate that I had to do all these extra steps - thank goodness I was curious on tax day and gave them a call or my taxes wouldn’t have even ended up filled. Much better tax help out there for the same price!

In my opinion, Deneen Flanary & Associates lacks attention to detail, has poor communication skills and doesn’t put importance on customer relations. They changed my accountant for my business every year for three years and didn’t give me notice when my accountant left the firm. After four years of business I was treated like a stranger over the phone and in person. This year, they forgot to send in my completed tax return until I had to call them a month later. They said we would’ve caught it on April 15. I don’t know if that’s true. The owner still hasn’t called to apologize or take ownership. I’ve decided to move on.

Pretty disappointed, we reached out a week before Christmas for some end of the year tax advice. The lady agreed to look. Never heard back until the 2nd week in January. She just said, it is a busy time of year. She didn't offer any real guidance, and we just received a $350 bill in the mail. Definitely won't be going back.
