Over the years I have had the pleasure of doing business with Deano’s Collision in Elk River MN. I can’t say enough good things about their excellent customer service, their communication at each phase of the repair process and any other ancillary items to make the process very smooth. It always shows that they care for their customers and their auto body experts are extremely professional from the slightest repair to the most advance. I would highly recommend their shop whether it is a bit of distance from you or not. You will always walk away satisfied.

Deano’s was great to work with. I got timely updates on the progress. They were kind and explained when/if there were any issues. There was a little delay in getting a couple parts but they let me know right away and gave me a realistic completion date.

EDIT: main issue was taken care of the other issue was nothing to really worry about. Simple drop off kept me informed of every step of the way. Few minor things i can live with that wasnt done. Otherwise great experience.

I have been bring my cars to Deano’s for alignments for years. I just had my first experience of their body work side of the business and i will continue to bring my cars to them. They handled all the pricing directly with my insurance company and gave me weekley text’s or phone calls to keep me up to speed on the progress of my car.
I am a very satisfied customer!

My wife and I got rear ended at a dead stop while the other driver was doing 60+mph. We brought it to Deano’s due to high reviews and because they were a certified repair shop for our vehicle. It has been 6 months and we just picked the vehicle up today ?. We were given timeline after timeline starting with end of March to end of April, so on and so forth. We were patient and understanding that it was a large repair but 6 months is absolutely insane. I finally lost my cool on them and magically my car was done 3 days later. Coincidence…..I don’t think so. I will never be back and will not recommend them to anyone.

Never ever in my good conscience, could I ever recommend this company to anyone I know. They took 6 months to fix our car, gave us run around after run around with nothing! Told us in March our car would be done and we just got in mid JULY. They told us earlier in the week that it would be delayed again by a week. My husband got so frustrated and then they miraculously had it done by end of day… never ever will we take our car here again. Def way too much to report here. But this place is a nightmare

I showed up at Deano's just looking for an opinion on a slight discoloration on my new truck. They immediately took a look at it and within minutes, they had buffed it out. The discoloration was totally gone. They went over and above what I had asked for. Great shop!!
