I boarded my four dogs there for a weekend. One of my dogs has seizures and she needs to take medication's and story short. She came back with medication when I packed medication exactly for her trip. She should not be missing her medication which I'm very upset about also they did not take them outside to use the bathroom at all the whole time that they were in there my female dog will not use the bathroom inside. She knows better so she did not use the bathroom, our adult male dog will not hold it so he will pee inside and he got used to peeing inside at Dakota daycare so when we brought him home, what did he do? He peed inside. prepackaged meals I wrote in their description for additional information in regards to feeding how to feed how to sleep they did not read any of the information I inputted into their questionnaire they fed our dogs all four of them together our female dog ate every single one of their foods prepackaged each meal according to labeled a.m. and p.m. two puppies had hip replacements in their a.m. meds or meals I have no idea if it was actually given to our puppies so I'm not happy with Dakota's doggy daycare and boarding. If you cannot handle my dogs, please tell me I will find a different boarding and doggy daycare for my animals who are comfortable with a larger breed. unacceptable if my dog would've had cluster seizures because she did not get her medication properly I would've sued

We have taken our dog to daycare at Dakotah’s twice. So far, we are very happy with it. He comes home happy and tired. Having the live stream video available to watch during the day gives us peace of mind. Our pup loves being around other dogs and this is a good way to make that happen.

I have taken my dog to Dakotah’s since she was a puppy. The staff is amazing. From the people working directly with dogs in the play areas to the front desk, to the trainers and groomers, these people have a heart for dogs. They make sure my dog has a great experience every time she’s in daycare, boarded or groomed. I love the treats and pictures on my dog’s birthday and the free holiday photos with a professional pet photographer were fun and beautiful. I can watch her throughout the day on the doggie cams. If I’m away for several days, I can call to see how things are going and I’ve never had a cranky response. If I’m concerned about something, it’s promptly addressed. Crates and dishes are cleaned each day in boarding and the facility is always clean. It’s a fun environment for dogs and humans. The owner, John, is usually around. I never worry when my dog is at Dakotah’s.

My friend has her puppy there right now, and I’m appalled at what the live video footage is revealing!!! This young guy working there is pushing back the dogs with his knees, his srms, and wiping urine with a filthy looking mop. Several of the dogs are cleared in the corners and against walls throughout the place. They keep going to a particular door that appears to be access to the outside play area. Yet for 2 hrs, they’ve not been let outside. Some of the dogs have a bladder the size of a penny! Yet he’s got plenty of time to txt on his phone…..LET THEM OUT!!!!!

Quirky local place, mainly staffed by very caring and dedicated local young folks.Vivid colors, interesting decor, dedicated staff. Not the flashiest or newest of facilities but always clean and we know our furry friend is loved and well taken care of here.Full range of services, boarding, daycare and grooming.Video feeds of your buddy in the group rooms or outside are always reassuring.

Our dog loves staying at Dakotah’s. And they always have an opening. The report cards are fun, too

I boarded my dog here about a year ago and was reminded of my experience as I looked at some of the other reviews for this facility. I left my dog here for a week and after my sister had picked her up, she called me and informed me that my dog had a gash under her eye that I was not told about. I then called Dakotah's and they said they noticed it at the end of her stay and put some antibiotic cream on it, but never told me or my sister about it. I will attach the photos but I count on the owner leaving the same response as done on ALL other bad reviews, a story about someone threatening them with bad reviews if they didn't cut them a check.

Our black lab Charlie has horrible separation anxiety but loves going to Dakotah's Doggy Daycare. Everyone is kind with him and I love that you can see him on camera whenever you want

I was a loyal customer for 5 years but my experiences over the past few months show that the business is being poorly run and the staff is dishonest. I will not return and would not recommend Dakotah's to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Our dog won’t let us trim his nails so we bring him to Dakotah’s and they do such a good job. We’ve also had him get fully groomed there and stayed for boarding. You can tell the people working there really love animals. It’s nice to have the cameras to see how your dogs doing if you’re obsessed with your dog like I am.

After being overcharged for an overnight stay. And not being refunded my money. The OWNER shouted at me over the phone, and then BANNED my dog from ever returning. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any type of customer service. when I was the one being wronged. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Save your money for a business that cares.

Every visit seems to be different and the inconsistency and additional items done outside the description of services requested is getting to me. There are unmentioned cologne sprays used during grooming so you don't know until after your first nail trim or bath or whatever you try. Going forward you must request each time for the cologne to not be used because you can't add extra instructions when booking online; hope you don't forget if you don't like the sprays. I recently did a nail trim and bath and while the dogs are clean and fluffy and soft and the nails seem to be trimmed well, all their paw fur was shaved off, including between each of the pads and toes which was not at all mentioned and I'm upset about it. I will not be using grooming services going forward but being able to check in on them during daycare through the camera app (which you have to buy and is said you'll get reimbursed for but I never was) when I have to go on site for work is nice -- I call it the Stop Action Dog Cam because it's a bit slow and laggy. It's better than anything you'll get at Rin Tin Inn and the people are nicer.
