I spoke with a pharmacist at this location today, and I must say, he was about the rudest person i have ever encountered. There are a gazillion other pharmacies to use nearby. Apparently this guy was having a bad day or hates his job or both.

Transferred here from Walgreens after having numerous bad experiences. It’s been nothing but great! Brittany has been so helpful with the transition and always makes sure I’m all set and all my questions are answered. It’s been a pleasure!!

I just moved here a month ago and Cub pharmacy has made the transition of getting my medications simple and stress free. My medications are always ready when I stop. The staff is so friendly too. Thanks for being awesome pharmacists and staff!

Transferred meds from Coborns to Cub Pharmacy, Elk River. This pharmacy has been nothing but WONDERFUL! The pharmacy staff hold a genuine caring demeanor, a positive vibe, and are always supportive/helpful!

Just started filling my medication here & all the staff are so helpful! I came in today to get a prescription filled & they had it done in a few minutes. They communicate with me well & go above and beyond. Definitely a great pharmacy :)

Horrible customer service at their pharmacy. A call to customer service at the corporate level was a worthless effort as well. The corporate level GM couldn't care less about customer service issues. There are plenty of better, customer focused options nearby. Take your business elsewhere.

Never had a worse experience shopping than I did this evening at this Cub. Two things took Me by surprise today. First, the lady at the deli had no mask on and had no gloves either yet she was "happily" serving food. I was just a turn off and her attitude didn't help either. In this age of infections etc it's just weird to see that. another incidence I bought two bottles of Kombucha which a big yellow sticker said were 2/$7. After checking out, I realized I had been fully charged instead of the posted price. I assumed then that there must have been a coupon and I kindly asked the lady if she could assist. She rudely retorted that I should have paid attention to the posting and should have informed her before the transaction was completed. I am sorry I missed the coupon part but there was zero reason to be super rude about it. I went to the help desk and a very nice lady assisted me and even apologized for the rude treatment by the other cashier. I know there is a shortage of workers but wouldn't be nice if being kind and helpful while also being mindful of food safety was something that was held high in the hierarchy of customer service? As a result of this experience this is my last shopping day at this Cub foods.

I am a disabled veteran. after waiting in line in a store with long que lines and self checkout lines out of service. I was told by the cashier (lane 13, 12:30 pm Dec 10, 2021) that she would not help me as I started to place my items on the lane, and that I needed to use a different lane. while she continued to check out people in line behind me. I find this extremely disrespectful, rude, offensive, and repulsive behavious for a store employee to treat a disable veteran. I STRONGLY URGE ALL VETERANS AND SUPPORTERS OF VETERANS TO AVOID THIS STORE!!
