BUYER’S BEWARE. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The experience my good friend had today was horrific. They lie about everything. They manipulate carfax reports (which is illegal) Clear major codes. They will do anything possible to sell you Junk. Don’t know how these guys sleep at night. Do not give them your business

****Buyers beware**** feel free to ask questions but do not expect any answers. I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Prius. I only test drove it a few miles and it was running normally. They made it very clear that all sales are as is and final with no warranties. They are most certainly a used car sales company. This Prius has a blown head gasket. Bad clutch dampener. And a bad abs accumulator. Only after getting the title in the mail have a found out the car was a prior salvage and after further research on Carfax it was a total loss and given a rebuilt title. I was delighted with the salesmen as he was friendly and basically just tossed me the keys and said take her for a drive. I should have driven it much more. It wasn’t 2 miles down the road after I bought it that the engine started shuttering really bad (blown head gasket) and the abs lights came one as well. I will most certainly be searching elsewhere for another car and trying to dig myself out of this Prius sized hole that I have fallen in.

Got completely ripped off. Got a 2006 Murano and 3 weeks later we brought it it to fix a misfire. Only to find out the entire back end if the frame was rusted. Given... Yes they did fix this.... But we continued to have constant issues. He sold this to us knowing it would be for parents if a young child.... It's not with risking your life to get a car here. Not even 9 months later and we can't even use it at all. There are so many problems that even $2000 in repairs later and still having issues. 0/10. Don't bother. Honestly amazed they are in business still.

At first I thought it was a great vehicle for my first vehicle had my cousin test drive it with me less then a month later I had issue after issue needed new break pads, needed a new caliper, needed new Catalytic converter’s and now I need new coils as my truck is jolting, shacking and rattling I have a one year old this vehicle is not safe! I broke down on the highway 3 times he said all vehicles have been checked by a licensed mechanic there’s no way he didn’t know about some of these things being issues before selling me the vehicle (when I asked he said as far as he knew it passed the mechanical check and nothing was wrong with it other then minor things like windows not rolling down ect) I don’t have the money to fix the coils after paying over $1,400 for all the other issues I needed to fix

I bought a van for 3500 and it did not last long at all, but all negativity aside he made it right and I am now able to find a different vehicle.

Well I thought I got a good deal on a car, unfortunately it is a lemon. It needs over $5,000 worth of work. I wish I would have had a full inspection before buying this car. As soon as I got the car home the check engine light came on and it's been in and out of the shop ever since. Total nightmare. WORD TO THE WISE... GET A FULL INSPECTION ON ANY AS IS USED CAR. THE PEOPLE SELLING IT DO NOT CARE WHAT CONDITION ITS IN.

Howard, the owner of Countryside, seems like a good guy. Touts himself as honest. Claims to NOT know much about the mechanical side of cars, he just sells them. He let my son and I shop without any pressure for his first car purchase.Buyer beware, though. Make sure to get any vehicle from Countryside inspected before you buy; so you know what your getting. We would have walked away and kept our search going elsewhere had we known the extent of the repair list for the car we bought from Countryside. My head is still spinning ... trying to keep the things he said straight. I don't think Howard was trying to manipulate us. I'm guessing he just has a lot of cars he's trying to remember details about. The car my son bought was priced less than $2k, so we were hoping for a serviceable vehicle that would last for a year or so. In the end, it was undriveable without over $2k in repairs first. Then, who knows what may fail after that ... due to the extensive rust, lesser defects that reveal themselves after the first round of repairs, etc.(In specific, the car was low on antifreeze. We added some and it hemorrhaged it all out through the water pump. Tried to fill the gas tank, and more ended up on the ground than in the tank because the filler tube was like swiss cheese. The list of defects goes on ...)To his credit, Howard drove 20+ miles to our neighborhood and gave my son $200 cash to help soften the blow of the repair bill. I don't think my son or I will shop at Countryside again.

Be warned, this man is a thief, and one willing to risk your life for a couple bucks. Went in on Monday to buy a vehicle, drove it home, and when I went to go drive it again the brake fluid had been completely drained. This had been less than twenty four hours from time of purchase.
Thank God it was only me in the car and that I was driving on backroads. This place is simply run by a lowlife.
To be fair, I did try and remedy the situation with him, but he told me that I was screwed and that it wasn't his problem.
Do not buy from this scumbag.

Great variety of used cars. Personable, friendly staff. Would recommend if looking for a fair priced vehicle.
