So far so good!! Installer was here on time, super nice guy, answered all my questions and did a really nice install! Speeds are right there where they told me they would be! Micky, the lady who I set the account up with was super nice too! She never rushed me when I asked her a hundred questions. LOL.?

Very unreliable and mismanaged company. Impossible to get a hold of and no response to texts following their cancellations. We installed Hughesnet at our cabin back in January and the appointment was rescheduled three times very last minute. Causing me to make three different trips to our cabin. Also, my cabin neighbor also just signed up for Hughesnet, and unfortunately Commlogix was the installer for him as well. He went up this past Thursday to his cabin and was also canceled on last min. Then stayed there until Sat. for the rescheduled appt, only to have a no call / no show, followed by a text after the scheduled appt time saying there was an error in scheduling. This seems to be the norm for these guys. If you can avoid them, I would consider other options.

First the internet is super good! But if I could give this company a zero I would! first they canceled my original appointment then I tried calling them for 2 days and no one answered so I called Huesnet and they tried calling and no one answered when I finally got someone on the phone I said "finally someone answered I've been trying for two days to get a hold of someone!" The lady laughed at me and didn't even apologize and they told me I had to wait a week until someone could come out so I agreed. Then when the technician came out (his name is Andre) he was incredibly rude when I asked him if he was gonna take the dish from my old internet provider (because sometimes the companies will) and when he said no I reacted and he pointed at his jacket and said rudely "were huesnet why would we take Viasat's equipment?" I said to him "well it was just a question some companies do that I didn't know, you don't have to be so snobby!" And he said "what? You made a face when I said no we don't take it." Then he came into my house and when my step dad was asking him questions he was very dismissive and rude and when we were trying to connect to the internet it wouldn't connect and I told him and he was very rude and was like "what's the problem? Is wrong password or something?" I said "no its showing no internet on my phone." And he was like "it's working on my phone and it's showing me green lights on everything." I disconnected and reconnected it on my phone again and tried different devices and he started arguing with me and pretty much making me feel like a liar and when I showed him he was very dismissive and was like "I don't know what to tell you you need to call huesnet I don't have time for this I have other jobs to do I'll come back later if I need to." I felt very dismissed and treated pretty badly I want to file a complaint but I don't know who to file with. Thus company was probably the worst company to deal with!!!

Poor customer service. Upper management will not return calls. (Shelly nor Nicky) Jasmine does their dispatch and has no clue what is going on. Service not set up properly from day one. Unauthorized charges, and in a little over a month, I have had four technicians at my house and they can’t fix the problem. All I get are excuses and lies. Don’t get involved with this company.

Installation was scheduled for Friday, Nov 3. Installer called and asked if he could change to Sat. Nov 4. I agreed. On Sat Nov 4 no one showed up to install, nor did I receive a call. Is this the type of service I am to expect. Disappointed. Discovered the installer had rescheduled for Nov 9 without letting me know. Is this good customer service. I would like a customer service rep to call me back

Where do I start Hannah was my representative and she was AWESOME she worked with me until I received service and I did I love her a great asset to your company then the technician that was sent from Brad Electronic was FANTASTIC he made sure that service was working AWESOME only problem I have to get a new phone ugggh ? so far I’m a very happy customer

Had Internet installed. Technician was friendly and quick. He also returned a call from me when I couldn't get my computer to work. I had forgotten to plug in the charging cable to get power to laptop I'm using. He helped me as I wasn't sure what was wrong. I appreciated what he did. I highly recommend the technician who took care of what I need. Give stars to him.

Nicky was the absolute best! He did everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything. Stayed in touch so I knew what was going on the whole time. Very awesome experience. Can't say enough about how easy he made everything for me! Our installer was awesome as well. Very fast and helpful. He did an excellent job and made the whole stranger in my house thing much more comfortable than most.

Mr Cloud was awesome in being quick with installation and he was helpful in getting me started on my devices very polite and respectful and responsive to all my questions, he was also right on time and though I was clearly not ready did not mind waiting the 8 minutes for me to get my pets in cage. So appreciate the obvious genuine care he took in assisting me, Thank you kindly
