Came with my friend on her 18th birthday and I was simply standing with my friend while she was trying to buy a scratch off and the cashier Wanda refused to sell my friend anything even though she had her id, saying that it was because I didn’t have my id. I was not trying to buy a scratch off at all, just standing by my friend. She was extremely rude to us, telling us to leave and acting as though we were wretched people for some reason. I have never had a good experience at this holiday. Also, the gas is more expensive than a nearby town, so there’s that.

This store accused me of stealing antifreeze in 2002 I had to go to court. They wouldn't give me camera footage unless I forced it through the court system. My attorney had me plea guilty but I would be put on probation with no charges. They also said I would have to pay for it. I refused to pay for it but my attorney did for me. I think the worker's name was Gabi that accused me. Then on 9/5/23 I went to get carwashes and lady told me car wash receipts don't expire so I drove to another store to buy 10 carwashes for my father where he goes and they told me they expire in a month. Big waste of time, I missed out on carwash sale. It's amazing how happy I've been with Ramsey store yet so disappointed in Elk River store.

Car wash lies. Says it accepts debt/credit but doesn’t let you bypass entering pin which would exclude credit cards

Nope....just go somewhere else. My total came to $57 and they wouldn't change my $100. So at 11 am they don't have 2 $20s in their register? They didn't even have tampons. Who doesn't stock tampons? Come on now.

Everyone is helpful and pleasant with the exception of the younger lady with short black hair. She uses all the corrected verbage when assisting customers but behaves as if customers are an inconveniences. She seems to be enjoying her day chatting with other coworkers. Once your in front of her " dreary sad darkness" falls over her. Please Ask her to "try" not to be so miserable when helping customers.

Would not recommend this car wash and vacuum. Some of the vacuums were literally falling apart and all of them had the nozzles removed.

Clean and well upset. Way better than the previous gas station that had that space. And the guy behind the counter was attentive and polite.
