Horrible experience in their service department today. I had an appointment for warranty work today and I dropped off my RAM at 8:30am. It was a 2-3 hour job so fully expected it be done today. Zero communication all day. I called at 5pm and spoke to a service person. He said he would check and call me back. Heard nothing so I went to the dealer. 3 service advisors standing around doing nothing. Found out truck is on the hoist torn apart and all techs have already gone home. It's Friday so I'm without a vehicle all weekend. Dealer refused to give me a loaner.

They do not call to follow up when parts are delivered. They do not follow up to finish repairs that they have left incomplete. They argue over whether recall repairs or promised repairs are necessary. They do not care about customer service because they are "overbooked"I brought my vehicle in for a couple recall issues and a "we owe" repair from the purchase. The recalls were finished, but the "we owe" was not finished. They claimed that the broken part was functioning fine. I explained that it wasn't working when I bought the vehicle, and I wanted it repaired before it broke again. The service advisor I was speaking to said they don't fix things that aren't broken. I had to adamantly explain that it was broken, they owed a repair, and I wanted it done. He said they would have to order the parts. They never called me to follow up. Recently, my key got stuck in my ignition, and at the diagnostic appointment, the service advisor I had didn't listen to me, and didn't have the parts on hand when my repair appointment came, so they got my 2nd key stuck in the ignition. I was told it would be 4 to 5 business days to get the part they should have already had in. After 7 business days I had to call to find out that the part was there, and then they tried to schedule me for an appointment for over a week later. I picked up the part, and found out the part had been in for 4 days before I called. I've got an appointment coming up for a recall that I had to insist they take. At first they said they didn't have parts, but I pointed out that the letter from Ford said there were parts available. Then they asked what recall I was referring to. Once I get my "we owe" repairs done, and the recall work done, I'm never coming back, and I highly recommend you do not get anything started by Cornerstone.

I had waited nearly two months for a service appointment to address a few recalls on my Ford.A very rude service associate, Bernie, asked for my name then told me my vehicle didn't qualify for the recall.This was without saying, 'hello', without any testing, without even looking at it.I pointed out the rude behavior and Bernie became indignant and authoritative. He then berated me later via text message.Unprofessional.I'm also quite confused by the Bible verses on their signage. ?♂️

I brought my 2019 F250 in for multiple recalls. They ordered all the parts before scheduling the service to help avoid issues. I was in and out in 1 day. Service was outstanding and I will never use another dealership for anything. I have 2 friends that have used North Country Ford and both experiences have been terrible. One has been without his explorer back for 3 months. Not all dealerships are the same so do your research before choosing one. I would highly recommend Cornerstone!!!
