“They have been great getting the parts needed to do a brake job on a couple cars! They did not have the 11mm Alan we needed though! Looks like they don't even stock it!!! So don't go there for the 11mm Alan socket!”

I called and spoke with the store manager Matt. He helped over the phone get me to a close O'Reilly location and told me what to say and ask for.
