We had a great experience buying a living room set from Tanner. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t stalk us around the store like at most furniture stores. It was great to just be able to browse as long as we needed to without feeling the pressure of being followed. When we had questions and were ready to purchase he was readily available to help and walked us through all the information we needed. Most relaxed furniture buying experience I think we’ve ever had.

We were just suppose to be browsing for a potential new couch for our spare bedroom/tv watching room. But we found a couch we really liked that was a really good price. Paul was awesome in helping us checkout. He was always there to help answer any questions we had and he wasn’t pushy at all. Super nice guy! Thank you again for making this shopping experience great!! We have shopped here before and will continue to do so!

Awesome customer service!! We were heading up north and planned on picking up our order on the way up. We were running late and called to see what time they closed. Customer service said they just closed at 8PM and said she would transfer me to her manager. Tanner, the store manager, answered and he asked how far out we were. I responded about 20 minutes, and he said no problem he would wait for us to get there!! He was super helpful, friendly, and very professional!! Thanks Tanner! We appreciate your help tonight!

I went to Ashley in Elk River last week to look for a new bed. Right away upon entering the store I was greeted and pointed in the right direction. Entering the bed section was very overwhelming to me. So many beds to choose from. Nick was quickly able to narrow down my search based on my needs and preferences. He explained each beds features until I found the perfect fit. My delivery arrived the next day and everything was set up for me. I have slept so good I wish I had gone there sooner! Thank you Nick for all your expertise and for helping me find my perfect mattress!
