Maybe you should edit your hours. I arrived at 6:35pm this evening, just to have a cleaning lady tell me to leave with hand gestures through a locked door, your hours say you are open until 7pm. Then I tried to call to get someone from the front desk only to be sent to an offsite scheduling person. If your hours were posted correctly I would not have driven the 20mins to get to the clinic, just to be turned away.

I always have a great experience at Allina Clinic- Elk River. The staff at the front desk are friendly and the check-in goes smoothly. Dr. Eric Simon is an excellent physician! He is knowledgeable and willing to talk and problem solve with you about any issue you are having. He takes the time to know you and your medical history. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Simon.

I was met with smiles and friendliness. The nurse went over all my information with me since I was a new patient. The doctor listened and really had good sound advice. I will definitely see her again.

Took my son in for a strep test, they asked if I wanted to test for COVID as well, I did...just to play it safe. $300 dollars later, I get my bill for a COVID test...(a $700 bill total for office visit and various tests) DO NOT GO HERE or ask for any type of test as they will screw you over hardcore.

The Doctor I've seen on June 10th was amazing I would definitely recommend people to go back to her. The care I received at mercy hospital I was not happy with The emergency room is very understaffed and there's no rooms available ever I waited for 5 hours and ended up leaving.
