“Awesome service department. My silverado had been suffering random misfires for over a year, and I had brought my truck into a different Chevy dealer multiple times without ever having the problem diagnosed. This other dealer basically told me there was nothing they could do for me and charged hundreds of dollars for each visit. Minnesota Motors was able to diagnose my problem as a lifter and valve lifter oil manifold failure after tearing into the engine. My extended warranty was trying to dispute coverage on the manifold, but they helped make sure that all of the required maintenance got covered without me having to do anything, which was awesome because this was a huge and expensive repair. I’d highly recommend their service department, because I was suspicious my problem was with a lifter and was dreading getting it fixed knowing they have to take the engine completely apart, but my experience with Minnesota Motors was super easy and everybody I spoke to was great to work with.”

“The gentleman that changed my oil and checked out everything on my white Grand Cherokee Jeep was very professional and I was impressed with how organized he was and very knowledgeable. BUT, also at the same time made me laugh a lot and I feel like he was the perfect worker, he can do his job in as little time as possible answer any questions that a customer has and bullshit with a customer ( in a respectful manner ) at the same time. Good person to keep customers coming back to you for service.

“I worked with Chris in the service department on a major warranty claim. He was upfront about what was going on with the work being done on my pickup. He is friendly, honest, and direct in his dealings when me as a customer. I, so far, am very pleased with the results of the work done. Overall, the people in the rest of the dealership were friendly and helpful. We, also looked at trading vehicles as we were working through this claim. Cole, the sales consultant was helpful in us deciding to proceed the way we did. I chose Nelson Auto Center for a couple of reasons to do the warranty work. First, the dealership was the closest to us when the pickup broke down. Second, Nelson Auto Center has a good reputation in this part of the world. And based on the results so far, that reputation is correct.”
