Wild! Customer service is crap. There’s tons of guests in there waiting to be serviced not enough employees nobody’s there to greet you or check you in. You could be standing there with your return- Xfinity crap just for them to tell you we’re not gonna take it take it to a UPS! Garbage garbage garbage.

Every time I walk into an Xfinity store, I get good customer service, but if you want excellent customer care, ask for Michael.
Michael is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He would try everything (believe me when I say EVERYTHING) to resolve your issue. He is a huge asset at Xfinity, he makes me feel that they value my business.
Thank you very much, Michael, for going above and beyond to resolve my problem!

Didn't have cards, exiled Tivo! Workers there were very friendly, so this one star is for corporate. Employees get 5 stars.

My experience of this place was not that great. The individual who assisted me when yesterday I was this store, was very disrespectful person. He brought his manager along they both rude and unprofessional.

Incredibly long wait for service, but once I was being helped it took almost no time at all. Staff friendly and very helpful, even with the large crowd.

My experience with this store was not the best. One of the managers who was working with me and helping me purchase a new phone did not do his job very well. As I sat there waiting patiently for him to put in all the info on the computer, I saw he was getting distracted. I looked down and saw he was watching a game on his phone. It made me feel like he didn't care about his customers. I told him I wanted to purchase a new case and screen protector. He pointed to the wall across the floor and said to look over there. I mentioned I would have liked it for him to come with me to make sure I got the right setup for my situation. I wanted a case that was very durable for my job. He did not come with me; instead, he said just look for this model of phone, s24+. I was worried I was gonna get the wrong screen protector. I came back and made my purchase. I had asked him to install the screen protector since my hands were shaky. He told me he didn't do that but could ask his team members. As he came back, he informed me I got the wrong screen protector like it was my fault, but in the end, he should have done his job and come with me to pick out the right setup. He did not put his customers first and was too busy watching his game. I told him that's why I wasn't you to come with. He replied, " I told you what model to get".
I replied, saying, "I'm not a tech type of person." He made a comment saying "I. Suprised you don't have a flip phone. Very unprofessional especially for being a manager. Xfinity has gone downhill with its customer satisfaction lately.

Terrible service, they charge and cut off services. The wifi at home always goes out, I come to the store and they make me wait 3 hours to call virtual assistance that doesn't work either, I lost my cell phone number. Bad attention, nobody knows anything about the work they do.

I've been a comcast customer for years but I was not given any financing. I understand I haven’t been with your phone service for long but you also just started it. Seems you should look at the total xfinity/ comcast services

I hate this company soooooo much. I had a simple question about my bill that I should be able to get answered over the phone. Instead, I had to drive to a store, wait 40 minutes, have employees acknowledge how horrible the company is and then still try to sell you stuff. I hate this company.

Im shocked by the negative reviews as my husband and I had an incredible experience! We didn't have an appt and Abhay was quick to greet us and help us. We were interested in switching our mobile and internet to Xfinity and Abhay answered all of our questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even though he was juggling multiple clients, my husband and I never felt as though we were being neglected. Incredible customer service by Abhay!
