Have been using this pharmacy for 5 months and have had nothing but courteous, friendly and fast service. They've offered to expedite prescriptions and their drive through is faster than other Walgreens I've used.I leave with a smile on my face. What more can you ask?!

I am never going to this walgreens ever again because of the attitude of the staff in the pharmacy. I was ignored then treated like a bother when i tried to correct my situation. Walgreens you need to train your pharmacy staff better if you want to keep your customers.

I visited Walgreens in Edina, Vernon Avenue, for a prescription at the drive through. As usual Lorenzo did a great job in providing timely, accurate service.

This place’s pharmacy customer service is a joke. Pharmacy took twice as long to make a script as it should have. Once our name was called, we had to wait again in a long line. Walgreens, if you’re reading this, you should implement a pick up spot when patient’s name is called. That makes more sense than your current process!!

Sells expired food. Once you open the package, the food is visibly bad. I expect much better for the extremely high prices they charge.

Most of the time I have a great experience but today I waited an hour in line for my medicine (that I NEED ASAP) only to say they had it out of stock even though I kept asking them to run it without insurance (even though their website said it was ready). I went to Sam’s Club because they said they had it in stock, the pharmacist went to transfer it and found out that they DID in fact have it in stock and the clerk wouldn’t let me run it without insurance. I made this detour for nothing and it made me late for work. No longer using this Walgreens for my prescriptions after this.

Even by the incredibly low standards I hold Walgreens to, this place is an absolute dumpster fire. I stopped in to make a simple purchase and happened to be in Edina and thought maybe the store in Edina would be nicer than other cities Walgreens. In typical Walgreens fashion the store looks like a Dollar Tree inside with dirty floors, water stained ceiling, and smells a little like an outhouse. I found my item and as checking out told the check out lady (Kathryn) I'd like a paper receipt please. She asked me to enter my phone number and scan my credit card and then she said the transaction is completed. I asked for my paper receipt a second time and she said "I can't do that" and she called over a manager. Two managers appeared and proceeded to waste roughly 15 minutes of my time while they went in back and tried to print out a receipt. I asked if I could just return the item and they said I can't without a receipt BUT they never gave me one. In the end they gave me some full sized page 8x11 printout from their computer they said could be used as a receipt. So in the end even by the abysmally low standards I have for Walgreens in general, this store can't even meet that. I am sad the days of good old fashioned neighborhood pharmacies and grocery store pharmacies are gone. If Walgreens still had actual competition, I bet they would of been bankrupt years ago.

I want to praise highly the superb service that Kathy Cashman provides at Walgreens on Vernon Ave. in Edina, MN. She works in the Cosmetics area and is the most knowledgeable and helpful of anyone that I have ever encountered in any cosmetics area. Not sure what’s happened to this location, but the pharmacy can’t be reached. No one answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes at a time for 4 days in a row. Unacceptable.
