OMG i would say find another branch, called and asked what to bring for an appointment, got there and needed to make another appt. to bring the items they didn't tell me. Next appt, they showed up 15 min late, and then spent another 5 + minutes unpacking her purse. Found out during acct setup they mis keyed some information Now I needed to talk with them, called for 3 days, no answer, left messages, no return call.

Seems this location earns their one star reputation over and over. I was a long time US Bank customer but since I merged accounts with my spouse I am a Wells Fargo customer. For convenience I swung though here to withdraw cash from their ATM and paid their $3 convenience fee. I drove back around to the service winder to break two $20 bills into smaller change and they refused because I was not a customers AFTER I just paid their $3.00 fee. Just poor form. Enjoy your one star reviews. You've worked hard to get them. Let me close with the cashier at the gas station was kind enough to break the bills for me for free so there is where the real customer service is.

It doesnt matter if you are the 1% or 99% of the wealthy in the country you get 1 star service regardless. The level of service equates to that of the DMV that pretty much sums it up. And to Personal Banker "Megan" eat s****

Stay away. USBank has taken a turn for the worse. Hidden Fee haven and they treat you like dirt. I recently became disabled and I can't believe all the fee's they throw on you once your account runs low. Now that I won my case I am taking my money out of this greedy loop hole of a bank. Customer for over a decade and I'm out

Stay away from this location if you need to use US Bank. I have been a US Bank customer for more than 20 years and the service I got was terrible. The Assistant Manager, Joe Della Vedova, handled my situation with arrogance and a disrespectful tone. Joe Della Vedova should not be in the role of "Assistant Manager" with his harsh personality and lack of customer facing skills. Stay Away from this Bank.

I've been banking at USBank for ten years. They have the best online banking experience and competitive rates for my business. I really like the service from the bankers at the Edina France location. From mortgage, auto and business equipment loans they really bring a team approach to my situation. It is a much more personal experience than I expected to receive from such a large bank. They accomplished this by getting to know me, my situation and changing banking needs. I frequently refer friends and other business owners to this branch. I really appreciate what they do.

I banked with US Bank from early 2008 until the end of 2009. This place has a myriad of hidden fees for typical banking transactions. Use a check? Fee. Close an unused savings account but keep a checking account? Monthly fee. Also, never overdraft at this bank. You will incur an overdraft fee (which is fine) and a *daily* fee until you're current. If you try to close the account, freeze the account, or setup a payment plan they will refuse. You will also receive phone calls and letters stating that your account will be closed if a certain number of fees are incurred. Apparently, it is impossible to do any bank business unless it is at the branch where you opened your account. So if you open an account in the south metro and move north where there is a branch across the street, you have to drive to the original branch where your account was opened. I'm not sure what the managers at the banks do, but they never seem to be at the bank during normal business hours. When you do finally get a hold of them at the bank, they are extremely rude, inquisitive, and very confrontational. After paying the initial amount of the overdraft and the regular overdraft fees, I asked again for the account to be closed but was insulted and told no by the bank manager. I left politely and never paid the weeks of daily fees. Some months later, I received a letter informing me that my account was forcibly closed due to unpaid fees. However, I have opened bank and credit accounts since then and nothing about my US Bank account closure came up. They do not seem to report accounts that have been closed due to overdraft fees. There have been no inquiries or collections reports on my credit record to date. Avoid US Bank at all costs.
