I stopped at the store for notary service and although the store was packed, they worked through customers efficiently and was taken care of in no time. The owner, Gifston, assisted me and was thorough and made sure all areas of the document were complete.
While in line I was very impressed with the knowledge of options they presented to customers and their willingness to help a customer determine the most affordable option. Will definitely use this location for all future needs.

Evan was an exceptional employee there. Bc I am part of address confidentiality, specific procedures had to be followed. I stopped using them as my pick up location, when I was expecting a Fed Wx. The manager, almost always curt said “Oh Even told us you were expecting something” Problem being Evan had no knowledge of the item I was waiting for. Manager lied. Which was less concerning than when this address showed up on a hospital bill and was delivered here. My secure address is always used for hospital visits. There was a privacy investigation to determine who accessed my medical records and added a UPS store PO Box as my address. The manger became agitated and demanded to be kept up to date about the investigation. Threatened to terminate my box. Police report was filed bc I felt threatened and it’s not my job to notify a UPS store manger the status of the Edina Police and their investigations. on the plus side, nothing ever stolen at this location.

This place did a horrible job. I paid over $200 to ship a ceramic stool and they only packed it in some bubble wrap. Needless to say it arrived in pieces. When I called to submit my claim no apology. So much for going to the so called experts.

This is the crème de la crème of UPS stores. Dino & the crew there are so helpful and chill. I really appreciate how knowledgable and laid back they all are! Dino was so sweet and helped me on multiple visits with multiple notarizations. He's the best! I would always rather drive further to utilize this location.

I want to publicly praise the staff at the UPS store near Jerry's in Edina. Giftson, in particular, is my hero! My husband and I found ourselves in a scam situation and Giftson was able, through escalation of the situation, to intercept a delivery which prevented a huge loss for us. We will be eternally grateful! Five stars to the UPS store in Edina and a million stars to Giftson!
