This is the crème de la crème of UPS stores. Dino & the crew there are so helpful and chill. I really appreciate how knowledgable and laid back they all are! Dino was so sweet and helped me on multiple visits with multiple notarizations. He's the best! I would always rather drive further to utilize this location.

I want to publicly praise the staff at the UPS store near Jerry's in Edina. Giftson, in particular, is my hero! My husband and I found ourselves in a scam situation and Giftson was able, through escalation of the situation, to intercept a delivery which prevented a huge loss for us. We will be eternally grateful! Five stars to the UPS store in Edina and a million stars to Giftson!

Website clearly stated services offered but the store employees denied claims and forced us to reach out to other UPS stores. I’ve had way better experience with the other locations

Finn is incredible!! Every interaction I’ve had with him at this location has been wonderful but today I left so impressed w this young man! I mailed out ten packages probably and he was so helpful plus patient. Not to mention there were atleast 7-8 people also there at that time. He was able to multitask seemlessly between all of us and never broke a sweat or a smile! This guy absolutely deserves a raise, all of us present at the store were so impressed w him! Best UPS store I’ve been to!

Thanks to Dustin for help with sending a package. Super professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was a huge line of customers when I arrived but he handled multiple requests efficiently.
