The team was punctual and professional. They quickly assessed what steps to take to secure the furniture and boxes, wrapped everything with care, offered instructions on how components were disassembled and how to properly re-assemble them when we take them back out of storage, and made helpful suggestions along the way. Highly recommend working with this Two Men office for any moving needs! They made sure two large donations were delivered to Masonic Children's Hospital & the Minneapolis VA Hospital. The staff was so professional and they made sure to confirm all details before the move. During the move, Brad and Gavin were incredibly professional and went above and beyond. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this company. I've moved a million times in my life, including out of state twice. I've had some questionable movers too, but this company was the worst I've ever experienced. I can overlook a lot of things, but when those things start adding up then that's the end of it for me. I only have so much patience.
The "leader" of the move was slow, rude, completely incompetent and I had to repeat instructions multiple times. At one point I legitimately thought he was stoned, because no one could be that dim. He had a bloody nose and walked around with tissue stuffed up his nose for most of the day (not kidding). There was absolutely nothing put down to protect the carpet, they didn't prop the doors open so the door slammed 100 times (I have neighbors, do you mind?) Absolutely not one single piece of furniture was wrapped in a pad. I have a one bedroom apartment with literally like 4 pieces of furniture and everything else was basic boxes and stuff. Extremely easy move, never took more than 3 hours max, including disassembling and reassembling the queen bed, wrapping all the furniture properly and putting down protective runners for carpet, with any other company. This place wanted to charge me $1,000 to move less than a mile away, with elevators on both sides, because they spent 4 1/2 hours.
There were heavy boxes left on the top of the island in the kitchen, shrink wrap everywhere that was not taken with them, the ottoman was not unwrapped from the shrink wrap at all. All of the boxes were marked where to put them yet they put them all smack in the middle of the living room along with the nightstand that came from my bedroom, 6 suitcases and a handful of the parts of the bed, because they didn't bother asking where to put things. To save time, I moved them myself so they could actually fit the couch in there because obviously they weren't thinking about that. I advise them several times to prop the door open, then they call me to come all the way back down because they locked themselves out. I'm legit amazed at this point.
I advised the estimator prior to the move that everything was already packed up and the queen bed was disassembled and would need to be reassembled. I had to tell them 3 times the bed needs to be assembled, as it seems like they were trying to leave without doing it. The 3rd time they finally told me it's not part of their "policy" to assemble the bed. I looked around like well who else is going to do it I don't have any tools? Why would this not have been communicated to me prior to moving? I definitely would have gone with a different company then! This is basic, I have never had to beg a mover to assemble a bed. After they finally decided they were going to assemble the bed, the one guy acted like an immature child who was being asked to stop playing video games. Then after all of this, they asked me for a phone charger and if I wanted to add a tip to the move cost. Lol. Ok buddy, how about you concern yourself with getting out of my apartment?
Of course, I am treated like nothing more than a Karen when I explain this to their dispatch. They basically immediately made excuses like well you didn't tell us all the stuff you needed moved (false - I had it all piled up in the middle of the living room so the list was exact). Or you must have left out something in the instructions (false - I still have the emails that I explained to them the bed needed to be reassembled and I gave them maps for where the elevators were. I could not have over communicated more). I have really low expectations when I'm dealing with movers. I basically just want my crap moved from one place to the next, with minimal interaction. Just do your job, I don't want to babysit grown adults. After I spoke about it the next day, I received all of the downplaying and excuses as if I was just being super dramatic. And after that po

Exceptional individuals who took genuine care of every item. They were patient with us and efficient with the move. They wrapped furniture with care and didn't leave a mark. A small fragile plastic footing on a bed frame broke accidentally during the move and they treated it as though they had dropped a crystal vase. They photographed it and reimbursed the cost of replacing. Excellent service.

Professional, courteous, thoughtful, careful, and creative would be how I would describe the 4 men who did our move. We had furniture that barely made it into the basement, but our team figured it out! It was a pleasure working with them.

This company rocks!!! They have helped me in my last three moves. The two men Kaven and Ross who showed up to move me were incredible. Very professional and so willing to help and answer any questions I had. They got to work and had my apartment moved in under 2 hours!! I will always use Two men and a Truck!!

Everything about the move was handled with professionalism, tact, and care. From the initial quoting process and the final push. Well organized, each of the move team had their tasks and got the many, many book boxes and furniture placed and then cleaned up afterwards. They even placed boxes onto shelving in the basement storage area without my asking. Without hesitation I highly recommend this group. Thank you so much.
