They are having a store use 40% off sale. I really enjoy the people that work there. Super chill and good quality item in this store plus many unit designs.

Great store that has been an institution at the Galleria since the 80's or 90's. It seems they have been able to curate a collection of the best of the best of the brands they represent. The staff knows about products and materials used. It seems they are able find emerging and interesting brands. The sales people have been exceptional in my experience and even special ordered a color and size I wanted. This place is a refreshing experience in retail that is harder and harder to find. High end offerings and friendly.

I have always loved the merchandise that Trail Mark carries, and we have been great customers of this Galleria store for years. Unfortunately, buying there is RISKY, if an item needs returning. I will be making our future winter clothing purchases thru NORDSTROM'S, GORSUCH, REI, or HOIGAARD'S. I understand it's difficult to have a liberal return policy for a small business, but wouldn't a small business prioritize keeping return customers happy? Here's the story: I received a gift for my birthday, which falls after Christmas, but the item was purchased at Christmas. Holiday returns are due by January 5th. I asked to return the item shortly after the 5th. The manager of Trail Mark responded, "If we'd had known in advance that the item was purchased for a birthday after the holidays we could have worked with you, but since it wasn't mentioned at the time of sale, we cannot."

I wanted to stop by here because I saw that they sold apparel from one of my favorite clothing companies: eco-friendly, and outdoor ready NAU. So, I went a little out of my way to stop by this store. The store is in a mall, but it's not your typical store. This store DOES have some beautiful clothing. If you are an outdoor person, you will find some great gear here. They had tons of nice winter/snow jackets. The woman working here was also very nice. She noticed that I had a NAU down jacket on, and she pointed me to some of her favorite NAU products. I do have to say, the stuff here can be pricey. I was actually looking for a "sale" section, but the woman said they don't have "sale" items here. She did mentioned that if you fill out a postcard sign-up, they would send you a notice of when they have an End Of Season 40% Off sale. She says this is when it can get super crazy in here. Anyway, I didn't want to leave empty-handed. I ended up picking up some Smart Wool socks, and was on my way.

I was in last night and was very impressed with the customer service here. No one was pushy, the sales people wanted to make sure that I knew my options, they were helpful but not over-bearing. I would definitely recommend this place (I did, my friend bought shoes here today!) and I will absolutely go back in. Very good selection of winter coats (not the same ones you see everywhere), decent boot selection, huge rack of smart wool socks, etc... Fun place!
