This is a beautiful store which. I frequent about every 2 months. Wonderful quality clothes and jewelry. I will say, like others have stated on their reviews that the sales clerk ladies are the most unfriendly, unhelpful I have ever come across. Both my husband and I were in the store Sunday September 4 and not one of the clerks said Hi or ask if we needed help -nothing - not even a nod. There was 3 other people in the store, so not busy, and the clerks talked amongst themselves. I grew up in the area and worked for 20 years in Edina and shopped the galleria my whole life. I will probably still go in the store, but prefer to shop online. Too bad they are perpetuating the snotty Edina perception.

Guess I've been busy going to the galleria. This is one of the stores. You may not realize it but this is actually a store that Robert Redford has put out across the US. Just a few locations I believe. Very very nice clothing there's also a great selection of boots and some shoes. Enjoyed going there.

I ordered a gift for my wife in early October and was not informed that it was out of stock. Sundance stated it would be mid-November only to find out now that it will be delayed until late December! Not a birthday present and now not even a Christmas present! Horrible experience!

Atrocious customer service. Visited today (5/13/21) around 11 AM and the two employees were overtly rude, dismissive, and cold. Two older, caucasian women mistreated my mother, who is Asian-American, and I can't help but wonder if their prejudices were the culprit. How did these two women ever get hired? On top of that, how do they expect to make any sales treating people like that? Absolutely disgusting.

We planned a fun shopping excursion today at Sundance and ended up decidedly disappointed and quite angry at the service. Not only were we snubbed by the woman at the counter (short grey curly hair), utterly unpleasant and rude to us in every aspect. We planned on spending quite a lot and ended up leaving with one item once we were treated so poorly. Surprised because we a regulars at the shop. Not so sure we will be back. As a store owner I left saying I would fire her immediately.

It was like the catalog came to life! It was incredible! It was great to be able to try items on instead of just ordering through a website or catalog. They had most items I wanted at the store. I had to order a sweater in my size and they shipped it to my home. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back to the store!!

Love this boutique! The ladies working there have always been so helpful and attentive. The clothing is great quality and very stylish. I always look forward to shopping there! They have also taken back things I've purchased online that didn't work for me and saved me from paying shipping to send it back! Great customer service!
