I really wish I could recommend this company. From the research I’d done before purchasing, they seemed to have ethical manufacturing processes and business practices. I saved up and invested in a set of the Organic Cotton Percale sheets less than 3 months ago. Everything arrived on time, and at first, we loved them!I always washed them per the instructions, cold water, delicate cycle, wash separately. And a few weeks ago after taking them out of the dryer I noticed a large rip in the fitted sheet, about the size of my hand.I tried to contact the company, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me besides providing a 15% coupon. But I can’t afford to buy another whole set of their sheets to have them rip again in less than 3 months! Beware of their claims of quality and durability. I’m out $120, and learned a hard lesson.

These guys are a scam. You spend endless time chasing them and getting endless excuses and no one wants to help. They are constantly hiding behind nonsensical policies. The new owners have destroyed this company...the only sustained thing you will have is a headache and endless emails...shame to hide behind selling sustainable, environmental friendly products and behave in this manner. I have been waiting for a warranty replacement for defective sheets for over 6 months,and magically they suddenly can't ship to Canada or even to any freight forwarder...I have gotten every excuse imaginable! Awful, you will be scammed, AVOID!!! You were warned and based on reviews, I'm only one of many!

Placed an order on MAY 21 and contacted SOL via email twice to find out where the order is. I keep getting the run around. All the while, they have my money. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very nice, high quality ethically sourced pillows. Phenomenal customer service. I had a slight problem with the pillow (not their fault). They went out of their way to accommodate me. I was looking for a company that cared about where their goose down came from and I am more than impressed with them. Highly recommended.

Take your business elsewhere. This company is a scam; they charge you upfront then do not deliver the product. Communication with them feels like they are dragging you along. I caught them lying to me about shipment status; at that point, I just went through my bank to get my money returned.

Placed an order on Black Friday. Still have yet to receive anything, I do not get responses from the emails I send, they do not answer the phone and there is no voicemail set up. Wishing we had gone with Coyuchi instead of this garbage.

I have had the same horrible customer service experience as others posting here. I used their online form to ask questions that went unanswered.I then tried to resend my questions a few days later and it looked like it never went through. I tried calling and it kept ringing and finally got a message that the mailbox was full. I'm going to shop elsewhere. Horrible!!!!

, Edit below-I'm not sure this is a real company. When I call the phone number no one answers and there's a message saying this caller hasn't set up their voice mail. I've called it 4 times with same response. I've emailed several times a well. There an automatic response saying that they would get back in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 days and nothing.Good thing my bank is great at reversals. I don't recommend doing business with them.Edit- I finally reached someone on the phone. A woman answered and said, hello. I then asked if I have reached Sol Organics. She said yes. It's suspicious she didn't answer with the company name. I told her I called many times and received the message that the VM is not set up. She proceeded to tell me that I called at the wrong times and that people were on breaks or lunches etc.I asked her to help me with my order and mentioned that I ordered close to 3 weeks ago but haven't heard from anyone. She repeated what I said with a question mark on the end and said that they don't have the color sheets I ordered, would I like another. I told her no and I requested a refund. She said she would. I'll update as to whether I receive the refund or if I have to go to battle for it.

I ordered a very expensive down blanket from them and it's been 6 weeks and still no blanket. You cannot get a hold of anyone. No one answers emails, facebook messenger, facebook posts and no voicemail set up. I think this is a very fake company. I'm filing a complaint with the MN Attorney General's office. Ridiculous.

I am so disappointed!! I was so excited to support a business who uses sustainable materials, but I have still not received my bedding from them yet and I ordered in early December. Not only that, but I didn't even receive an email confirmation or tracking info, and they won't respond to my emails and their phone inbox is full. I am beginning to think I got scammed.... anyone else have this issue?

Just purchased the linen bedding bundle, which is already significantly cheaper than others, using a discount code. Was worried that it was going to be one of those "too good to be true" situations. Package arrived a few days later via FedEx and the sheets are great, well fitting and very soft. Can't speak to how durable they are, but I think with proper care they'll last.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Ordered sheets through Amazon and first it took forever to get them with constantly being told they were almost here. Finally we got our sheet set and two pillowcases. The sheet set was as advertised but the extra pillowcases immediately shrunk to an unusable size even though we used cold water to wash. We have emailed the company several times, emailed Amazon who said we had to contact the company directly. I just tried to call and they don't even have a voice mail!! DO NOT BUY from this company. I am guessing they aren't even in business anymore which is a good thing.

I share the same dissatisfaction with this company as others have mentioned. They took my money instantly and I never received my sheets. It’s been almost two months, with no reply’s via customer service. I contacted PayPal in hopes of getting a refund. To date PayPal has not received any answers either. This needs to be turned over to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER from this company!
