Horrible customer service. Upon delivery of my mattress, the delivery drivers mentioned that as I already have a bed frame compatible with the new mattress, they could return the integrated frame I purchased and it would be immediately refunded. After not receiving my refund for weeks, I called the location and they essentially told me there is nothing they can do and it's totally out of their hands, which is a complete joke. I had to contact the sleep number hotline multiple times over the course of several weeks before the refund was finally issued. Absolutely terrible customer service experience, they simply do not care. Even more embarrassing on their end, they only bothered to look into the issue upon seeing this initial review.

May update depending on final experience but so far it's been less than great. Purchased set during Lab Day sale and was reassured delivery would be by 9/18, which was important as it's for someone getting out of hospital/long-term care and needed the elevated bed.Sleep Number scheduled delivery with a third party delivery company and somehow included a very old phone # from a sale 20 years before so of course there as no answer. They didn't contact the office to see if there was an alternate number - they just moved on and rescheduled for more than two weeks later.This was not due to any error on our part - we clearly gave the correct # and I confirmed it again when I called in to see what happened. It was a system/interface issue. To their credit they did wave the delivery fee and moved up the delivery to ten days out.For most consumers, you should base your purchase on the quality of the bed and support and not just the delivery. Two weeks is a small % of the total time the bed will be used and furniture deliveries in general require notoriously long lead times. Still, for such a premium price we should be able to expect better issue resolution.We can call in every few days to see if there's been a cancellation but it feels like I'm doing their job. There's no other option than to cancel so keep that in mind if issue resolution is important to you.

I bought a bed from them. I was assured I don't need wifi to use the bed. It's not true. If you don't have Wi-Fi the bed will not work. I contacted the store, and they told me I need to buy a $50 remote. Multiple trips to the store, ordering a remote, flat bed. What a hassle!

Went in to buy sheets for our sleep number bed and the sales guy was less then friendly and kept saying we don’t have white in what you need prior to even looking in their stock! Sure won’t visit that store again.

We had great service from the whole team at the store. Colton was highly responsive as our main person, but Tom and the Manager (I didn’t get his name) both helped out and went out of their way to ensure our order was handled superbly. A great experience.

All questions answered. No pressure to make quick decisions. Very helpful explaining options and listening to our needs. Also so helpful in getting our phone apps loaded. We’ve looked at Sleep Number beds before and walked away. Not this time. The salesperson Was responsible for our decision to purchase the bed that checked all our boxes, right down to the sheets?
