Throughout the process, the whole team was very attentive to detail and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.In particular, Paul helped us create a prototype before submitting our order, and was able to give us recommendations of what kind of special paper to use to ensure the ink didn’t smudge. Even working solo in a busy store, nearing closing time, and with lots of other customers coming in & out, he was still so patient and helpful. Additionally, the store manager, Jackie, was so gracious and kind after we found out about a last-minute venue change (10 days before our wedding, our venue canceled on us!). Despite that, Jackie was able to coordinate getting our programs reprinted and folded by the team in time for our wedding.The programs turned out absolutely beautiful, and were the perfect touch to our special day! Looking back, I am SO glad I had our programs printed at FedEx instead of paying 5x more for the same thing from a stationery company like The Knot, Minted, or Zazzle… I was able to get a physical prototype first before submitting my order, and also have the *best* customer service experience - both of which you don’t get when ordering stationery online!
