They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up. This store continues to be on the forefront when it comes to special zoom events and helpful holiday shopping assistance.”

“The store is always super clean. The staff is what makes this store. They are well versed in their sneakers and always willing to help even when the customer is quite indecisive! My only complaint would be the issue of being inside of Macy's and that you cannot do returns or exchanges at a finish line that is outside of a Macy's which can sometimes be very inconvenient.”
