I had a gift card that I've had for almost a year. I looked online, but I'm so glad I went into the store. The employees working were so helpful. I asked someone for advice on my daughter's hair. My daughter has very curly hair with a wave to it. I bought Bumble and Bumble curl. I'm hoping it works well in her hair. I'm hoping that in the future, I can shop here again. Maybe for myself. Thank you again to the two employees I spoke with. You were so kind!

This is the second time I’ve been to this Sephora and had horrible experiences both times. I’ve been in retail over 20 years, so I understand policies. I understand that I misunderstood the return policy and missed the cash return by 1 day. But that doesn’t excuse the rudeness and condescending attitude I received. After reading some of the other reviews I’m not the only one. It is the weekend before Christmas and only one cashier didn’t help, I’m sure. But the first time was not much better…. MOA is close enough that I’ll be going there from now on. I’d recommend everyone else does the same until this store gets new management.

Went in to get an eyebrow pen, and asked for help/recommendations. They lady that helped me said any pen in the store. Didn’t even offer to make suggestions. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking.

go there alot we laugh because my grandkids are mixed and they watch them like hawks when we went in there Sat they were watching them and I caught someone older gentlemen stealing then a woman come in with a big bag and stole a bunch of stuff I told the staff what I saw and they were watching the wrong people and showed them my blk card and money and walked out

This is the first time i checked this store, and i was greeted by the sweet old lady. She was telling me about the sale going on, she helped me with foundation sample. Shes so sweet, 5 stars for you

My girlfriend and I stopped in for her to get a new foundation was helped by the store manager Amber. She was not very helpful was actually cold, rude, and stuck up. I couldn’t believe how she treated my girl worst experience ever . Go to Mall of America location better service. Southdale location in Edina , Minnesota

I love sephora, their products have helped my skin so much. I usually stop by after work as i look forward to it. The past two times i have gone to this store they have profiled me, have a secret shopper come in, watch me, and talk about whatever products i bought that day. Even if i spend hundreds of dollars. Its super rude and i end up leaving feeling insecure.I now think differently about the brand/store. I reccomend just ordering online. Not worth the trip.

Revision: I have gone back a couple of times since then, I had returns (Patrick starrrs setting spray, hated it, but love some of his products) but got sucked in again ??The service was 100x better the last 2 times and I was wrong if you ask if they do give you samples still. 2 out of 3xs the service was very good!The store is overpriced makeup, but they are almost all high-end. So it's fun to play and try new things. They don't offer samples like they used to.The saddest and disheartening part of this store is that most of the employees who I asked for help from are totally clueless and I know more than them.Honestly, I think if I would have asked her the benefits of the products she suggested she wouldn't be able to tell me.My mom needed help with brows and the girl had no idea how to color match or which products are more natural looking and knew nothing about the application. I suggested a couple of things.I was looking for a foundation for dry mature skin. She gave me a couple of ideas but seemed lost. She took a color match from a handheld computer and it was totally wrong.I was also looking for a good primer for dry skin and large pores. She suggested the old stand-by benefits. Great product but I was looking for something better.I was thinking about buying their spray airbrush foundation she knew nothing about the product or the best way to apply it. I had to tell her.How do you dare overcharge and not train your staff!!!For Pete's sake at least make them watch YouTube videos in the breakroom to train on products.I do like the selections but have changed to Ulta for most of my purchases or go directly to the makeup company's website.Even the reward pts are better at Ulta.The cashier was pretty good on a positive note.
