Stale chocolates. No easy return

Stopped by Southdale and saw this shop so wanted to give it a try due to good reviews. Unfortunately, I was met with a sour greeting from the young man behind the counter who could not look less interested in being there. He was unfriendly and I was about to walk out but luckily another manager was coming in for the day and greeted me. She introduced herself to me as Jachia and was very pleasant to talk to, unlike the other manager. If it wasn’t for her, my business certainly would’ve been taken elsewhere.

We ran in right before closing and Renee was the kindest person through the whole experience. She helped us with everything we needed, pointed out promotions, and was very kind and personable even though we ended up causing her to close a little late. Sorry for the late stop but like we said, there aren't any in Ohio!

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience. They let us try so many different truffles before making our final selections, and they were very knowledgeable about the flavor profiles and ingredients of their candies.

We live in Canada so don’t get to visit this company very often but when we are in Minneapolis, we always visit the Edina location. Linda B provides exceptional customer service and made it worth the trip. Shop was clean and service was efficient while also not feeling rushed. Only disappointment was that they were out of the white chocolate mint and white chocolate apple pie truffles. (Understandable, seeing as we visited a week after Christmas and their busiest season.)I highly recommend the Bridge Mix and Milk California Brittle. (Not that you can go wrong with anything!!)
