Agent Bob McHale represents Tom Pham who recently plead guilty to 38 felony counts of tax evasion and writing 30k in bad checks. If you buy a property that he represents demand an inspection. I lease a house that was sold by McHale which has multiple issues due to no permits pulled when remodeled.
