Was planning to purchase a set online but since there was a local store, we decided to go and see it "in person." The customer service was non-existent. One employee was helping someone but two others were just chatting with each other and checking out something on the computer. It was not busy and the employees had plenty of time to check in with the handful of customers in the store. We were in there for quite a bit of time and would have purchased the (not cheap) set in person but no one seemed to be interested. Purchased online instead.

I would give this place a 0 star. The customer service was extremely poor as they seemed to make judgments based on my appearance. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, they blatantly ignored me and even avoided me when I approached them again. It was evident that they prioritized helping Caucasian women over individuals from diverse backgrounds.

I've been to this store twice in the past months that my wife has been pregnant. No employee paid me any attention either time.This last Wednesday, I walked in and told them I was looking at car seats and strollers, but they were too busy talking to their friend at the counter to help me. I got more info about car seats from a mom who was shopping the store as well.I'd go somewhere else to look for baby stuff to actually get some help on making decisions.

Great customer service! They stayed late to help us as we didn’t realize they were closing. Offered to come back but insisted on helping us. Answered all questions. Great staff!

It's not worth the hassle. They take your money and then you sit and wait for delivery that never comes. Sit on the phone for hours at a time trying to get delivery time . They showed once and left before we could run from the third floor to street level. Spent 2200 dollars just to play " Find the delivery man " . yet to receive merchandise . I would never buy from this place again.

Hana was amazing helping my husband and I navigate through ordering a crib for our baby. With all the delays and back orders going on she was so helpful talking to us about all of our options. We tried doing everything online prior but going in and talking with her gave us so much more peace of mind. We highly recommend this store.

This store/franchise is absolutely amazing. I am from Indianapolis, have a four year old daughter; and was trying to get a specific product that was out of stock and more or less discontinued from 13 nationwide locations. Rocio is that long particular gets my most praise. She was extremely helpful, informative, and communicative throughout my entire search and purchase of the particular item. Having worked in high end retail for multiple years, I can easily say she has a promising future if she wishes to pursue sales and retail or anything of the sort. Rocio and PBK, thank you so incredibly much for everything!

For being a “nicer store” i’ve never dealt with a company that does so much to money grab. I just ordered $1400 worth of items and had to pay shipping on all of it. then come to find out the only mattress that will fit in the trundle bed is the one that is made by your company.. And to get the $400 mattress it’s $160 to ship… I just had to pay shipping on my $1400 order and now I’m supposed to pay another $160 to ship a mattress. Its near half the cost just to ship… i have never had a worse experience buying furniture. Do not shop here.

Edit: STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND 2 HOURS A WEEK ON THE PHONE WITH SUPPORT a month later and I have spent literally every saturday on the phone with support. Each person assures me they are cancelling my order and the person I talked to last saturday did it wrong. Each week I'm guaranteed my order has been cancelled and I'll get a confirmation email in a day or two. All I ever got was an email saying my shipment for this rug that I DONT WANT is pushed out further.I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a rug. There were delays. 3 months go by. The rug arrives. It's the wrong rug. I call customer support, apologies, blah blah, new rug coming in under a week at the latest. I IMMEDIATELY get an email saying a delay in the shipment and it will take a month. Now I just want to cancel everything. I have now been on the phone with customer service for an hour and there is no resolution. I want to cancel the order and return the incorrect rug they sent me. An hour and the person can't make that happen. Do I have to go to my credit card company and stop shipment? Is this a scam? What is going on? I'm still on the phone.

Really high quality kids things. The quality is reflected in the price. I find they are good for specialty items like backpacks, christmas stockings, and bedding. Things that you want to last and not break.

I have never had so much difficulty with a retailer. I ordered a mini crib and mattress from Pottery Barn Kids. The mattress came right away but the crib was on back order which I knew. I was prepared to wait for it. A few months passed and I looked at the tracking order and noticed someone had coded it as delivered. I called customer service right away and they assured me that there was a computer problem between their two systems and I would receive the crib on the original date. I received a bill from Pottery Barn for the Crib that needed to be paid prior to the delivery date. Both the store manager and Customer Service told me to pay the bill so I wouldn’t have to pay interest and they assured me the delivery was on schedule. The crib never came I called customer service who dug a little deeper into the problem and said that it was marked as delivered and they would now reorder for me but it wouldn’t be here for another 3 months which is 6 month since I originally ordered it. I asked the manager as to what Pottery Barn would do to rectify this situation but nothing was offered. I have been a valued customer to Pottery Barn but I will no longer be going there. Word to the wise Target had the same crib I wish I had ordered from them!!!!
