My family (5 people) and I have been loyal customers at the Edina Pearl Vision for the past 10+ years. But that is history as of yesterday. Thanks to Westpoint Optical and their pathetic leadership which has ruined a decent optical shop by hiring very rude staff including the so called manger of the store Kris (by the way she thinks; she is a god send! Only if someone could tell her how pathetic of manager and a person she is). She knows how to get into another persons skin; I pity her husband if she still has one. I ordered three glasses from this shop 1) for far distance and reading (progressive) 2) computer glasses (progressive) and 3) Moui Jim Sunglasses (Progressive). Guess what these glasses were ordered back in December of 2023 and all three had to be remade at least twice as their technicians who call them selves "Tweekers" do not know what they are doing. My Moui Jim are still not correct after three remaks and now somehow its my fault that they do not know how to make the glasses. I spent just about $1000 for my Moui Jims alone and now it no more than paper weight for me because Pearl Vision refuses to correct them for me. I have an identical pair that I had made long time back (also Progressive) works great but the frame is broken. Tells me that these people running the shop are just people without skills doing skillful labor. Well my next step is a law suite. Information has been sent to the lawyers. If there was a -10 for rating; I would give them that.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived although they had difficulty figuring out my insurance coverage. Have well known national insurance so that was a bit surprising. Did not have the type of frame I was looking and I was shocked that none of the frames had prices on them.

They stopped taking my insurance and never notified me. New glasses are totally wrong. Had to wait an hour and a half for assistance. Never going there again

Review Pearle in Edina. What a fabulous team! Toni was so patient and kind when making the appointment. Maia (sp?) was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Schultz is a top notch doctor who explained everything in terms that I could understand. The person at the desk (?name) was very efficient. Anyway, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

This place used to be great, but unfortunately hasn’t been for me recently. I had an appointment in November and 5 months later I have not been able to finalize my contact prescription. Twice I have gone in to try on the contacts and finalize my prescription. Both times they didn’t have them or ordered the wrong ones.My experience is probably an outlier, but I’ll be going somewhere else in the future.

1 of The most unprofessional pearl vision’s there is!! Going on 1 month since I ordered my glasses and they are still not here I’m super furious!!**^UPDATE AS OF 4/9/24I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and I am very pleased with the new location I now go to :) I highly suggest every customer that goes to the Edina location does the same!!

I had a routine eye exam here with Doctor Schultz and it went very well. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Overall great experience!

Fixed my glasses the minute I walked!No charge! Awesome customer service! Clean, friendly environment! They were prescription sunglasses and I was on my way to a vacation the next day!

The exam and optometrist were fine. It was the experience afterwards that was so horrible.They have excuses for their excuses and their district manager, Sarah Pitsch is rude and thinks putting glasses away is more important than dealing with a customer that is already upset with how they've been treated.Don't bother wasting your time or money coming here. They obviously don't care how they treat their customers or if anyone ever comes back. If I could I would give them a negative star rating.

We had been going to Pearle for 5 years, never gain. The staff was very rude and insulting. They told us that Pearle had new owners and they needed to be treated more like a doctor's office. We took our business to Invision who treated us like valued customers. I doubt Pearle will be in business much longer treating people as poorly as they do.

How can this place even be in business??? They are absolutely horrible with customer service! They loose glasses multiple times, over promise repair times multiple times, never contact you if your shipment happens to come in multiple times and the biggest issue is that they scratch lenses then lie about it!!! What a joke! DO NOT DUE BUSINESS THERE!

Worst customer service ever. They don't return calls, put me on hold for over 5 minutes then went to message. Went in person and they were unapologetic and rude. Been going there for years. Spent a lot of money on glass's and contacts. No more I'm done.

I had been using this store since 2018, because it is "in my backyard ". Had great service until ownership changed! This happened around 2023! In January 2024 I brought a set of expensive Silhouette eyeglass frames which I bought there to have my lenses replaced with a new prescription! I called the store, no answer, no way to leave a message! The store is undergoing a renovation! I was NOT informed about this when I payed for new lenses 3 weeks ago! DO NOT GO THERE! NO SERVICE! MWS
