Beautiful store and, wow, what a selection of the latest baby items, especially for newborns and new mommies! Maegge and Kavi were incredibly helpful in the Edina store. The store is a must for buying special gifts to celebrate the new baby; the gift wrapping is gorgeous, and, again, you will find something that no one else carries, especially onesies and sweet baby stuffies, toys and books. While the store seems like an elegant boutique, Pacifier, a woman-owned local business with four locations, carries a lot of inventory and they are serious about their merchandise. Maegge and Kavi went out of the their way to find a product for me, and ultimately found it in another store. I look forward to shopping at Pacifier again and again. Very special place.

Katy is the MVP. Her knowledge of stroller and car seat brands is incredible. She went above and beyond for us to ensure we got the best set up as first time parents (thanks to the rest of the team too!). Grateful

My husband and I popped into this darling shop while we were in Minneapolis for the TSwift concert. This place was everything we were searching for as first time parents! We were greeted by Karmela, who knew exactly what we needed without us having to express it. We were able to fold, click and adjust strollers, bassinets, car seats, the whole nine yards. Test out how to carry car seats with different weighted "babies" and see how the bases would attach to an actual vehicle seat. This was the 1:1 customer service that we needed. We could ask as many questions as we wanted, as basic as they sounded. Karmela was a dream. She gave us a print out of everything we discussed with her, so we knew just what to order when we got home to Missouri. We were able to place our order online at the website (which is FANTASTIC) and it arrived three days ago! We are so thrilled with all of our Nuna and Uppababy purchases and we feel confident that we know how to use them thanks to the wonderful help we received. We will be contacting Karmela again in a few months when we are ready for a Bugaboo travel stroller! Pacifer is such a gem and I'm so grateful to have found this store!

We were overwhelmed with options for our first baby and Katy could not have been more helpful. She was patient, kind and listened to our needs. She walked us through all the carseat and stroller options (so many!!) and was very thorough in her explanation. She has amazing followup, her personal touch really made our experience that much more delightful. Extra bonus is that she is safety certified and was able to install the carseat which put us at ease. We will continue to only shop at Pacifier and highly recommend you do too! The best costumer service you can find!

Extremely helpful and kind staff with beautiful items. They built our stroller and spoke with us for hours to pick the right items. Really great store!

I absolutely LOVE Pacifier. They have gifts for every little one in your life and being women owned is just an added bonus. I've never had a bad experience shopping at Pacifier. I love the Edina location, specifically for how wonderful the manager Katy is. You won't be disappointed!

Whether you are purchasing a gift for someone else…or for yourself it is always so much fun to shop at Pacifier. I have been to several locations and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The store has such a pleasant atmosphere and only the cutest and best quality items. I’ve purchased toys, books, clothing, and gear and have always had beyond a 5 star experience. I especially appreciate shopping online now and have had a great experience with curbside pickup as well as having gifts mailed to friends. Thank you! See you again soon.

Refused to honor a gift card that I received when my child was born (in 2010s), since it was "ancient" per the cashier. The owner of the business told her there was nothing they could do because they updated their gift card system. Not only is that bad customer service, but actually illegal in MN to deny usage of a gift card because of "expiration" - in this case due to their faulty gc program from the beginning.Glad I got my sister a Mockingbird GC for her stroller, rather sending her here, after this disappointing experience.

This is my go-to stop for baby gifts! They have a remarkable selection of clothes, stuffed animals, toys, books, and general baby/new parent necessities. Everything in the store is clearly picked out with great care. I especially love the baby paper (soft material that produces a crinkly paper sound when touched) for a little congratulations gift. Their staff are delightful and their complimentary gift wrapping is so celebratory and chic.

I went in to buy a baby gift for a friend and a corporate baby shower gift. Pacifier staff went above and beyond. They worked within the budget I had for the corporate gift and offered me great options of either one larger item or a selection of items. My coworker was thrilled! The presentation was fantastic and the gift (I went with an assortment) was SO well received. The personal gift I bought for a friend was so fun to pick out with my kids. I asked my kids to each pick a book and match it to a stuffed animals - the softest ever! So fun and the selection was perfect.
