P&L Automotive applied the paint protection film, rust proofing, paint sealant and interior protection products on the last three new vehicles I purchased. These helped greatly in keeping my vehicles in better than average condition, with normal cleaning and maintenance. I’ll bring any vehicle I purchase moving forward to P&L.

Customer service is key. I had paint protection and Protective Film applied to a new vehicle. Concierge service where they sent a driver and loaner car to me and had my car done in one day was a great convenience. A couple of issues with the protective film and water stains after application, but the company was able to accommodate my schedule right away and took care of it. Even had the owner work to take care of my issues. All around, a good customer service experience. I only wished I'd gone directly to them rather than the dealership.

I bought a new car and some protection services for it. I received a call from P&L within days of bringing my car home to schedule my appointment for the protection services. I had questions about some of the products that I purchased, because I didn't understand everything the dealer had explained. The scheduling person was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me. They came and picked up my car the day of the appointment and the driver was also very pleasant. I received a call later in the afternoon letting me know that I had a small chip on the hood (which I was aware of) and was asked if I wanted them to do some touchup before putting the film on at a minimal charge. I didn’t even know this was an option! When my car was returned later that day, I looked at everything that was done, and I am very pleased that I brought my car to P&L.

We brought our brand new (1 week old) car to P&L for paint sealant. When we picked it up there were several 2 inch long parallel scratches by the driver's rear view mirror that went down to the metal. We asked the manager about them as they were NOT there when we dropped the car off. He insisted that it is their practice to do a thorough inspection of the car prior to service and he showed us a paper "map" of the car where all "scratches" were documented and circled prior to working on the car. He refused to take ownership of the scratches. This was our first experience with having paint sealant applied, and we should have been offered the opportunity to go over the car with him for concerning areas prior to treatment. Plus, with scratches as deep as these were, we should have been called and informed before the sealant was applied. Very disappointed. Seems very dishonest.

They were excellent to work with, as well as answered questions thoroughly. They even made sure that our car got washed! We would highly recommend them if you're looking to have your vehicle undercoated.

Great customer service. Had my car done in a day! They did a good job putting the tape on my doors and windows and also rust proofing my new suv! I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking these services!

Took my 2024 sequoia platinum in for their service package A. Worked with manger Blair due to an issue on the paint sealant as there was pre installed film on the SUV. Toyota had agreed to pay the additional fee for taking off the film to be able the seal the whole car and then reinstall the film. Blair had confirmed that they will proceed with that before sealing the car.After the service was done I took a look at my SUV and notice they had only taken off the film on the hood and replaced it. The fender and door cup film was not remove or replace as promise. The Toyota logo is still on the old film and that’s how I knew they did not replace the film.These people do not stand on their promises and will lie about their services. I will not suggest this place for anyone who wants these type of services as it’s better to look elsewhere.

If I could give this company a zero, I would.First off the woman answering the phone in the scheduling department is very unprofessional does not care, or does not seem to care about the issue at hand and offers no other alternative to make it rightThe installation of the protection film was the worst that I have ever seen. After the initial installation, it looked like it started bubbling a little bit and peeling away or they come to find out there was debris underneath the film and they put that film over that debris. And so I had to drive back down to their location wait two hours for them to supposedly have fixed the issue.. I noticed that there was still peeling away from my bumper so they came out to my house did not offer any sort of refund acted as though I was a burden to get these issues resolved. When I came home that day, they had made two slits in the film to get it to supposedly look right and that was the first thing that I noticed on my front bumper.. so after three strikes you’re out . I ended up bringing my truck to a different place that does protection film and after they remove the film that PNL automotive installed, they pointed out to me three significant scratches on my truck that were as a result of taking a razor blade to cutting the film on the truck Basically using my truck as a cutting board . At no time should there ever be any sort of cutting utensil brought close to a truck or vehicle whether it’s a $20,000 car or an $80,000 truck.I would highly discourage anyone using this place for their protection film, or any other automotive needs

Honestly if Walser wasn't doing the job themselves I wouldn't of came to this shop. A few scratches on my new car (Not so happy). I also don't know if there is communication issues but they didn't even add the paint protection film where it was supposed to per my contract with the dealer (honestly could of been the dealer's fault but hey you took up the job and it wasn't done, fully/right). Missing door edge protection even though it was checked and also no door cup protection. What a joke of a shop. If this wasn't your fault, lol hope you get your money from the dealer because I have them installing instead. It's true people, look out for scratches on car. I paid to protect not ruin my car. If you do a good job I would of returned honestly. It may be just the person doing my car, but I don't think it's a coincidence that others had bad experiences. But it's ok, just do better P and L automotive. Hope this helps others who are looking for a place to protect their cars.

Had paid for a service on our new car via Walser. The customer service was a bit harsh but okay. The car we borrowed for the day was disgusting though. The outside was nice and clean but the inside was grimy, crumbs everywhere, very gross.

You can't find a better mechanic! Great experience both times we have used them. The owner is efficient, professional, easy to contact, and communicates problems and solutions with your car clearly. He fixed my engine mounts and the AC in my car on two separate occasions. They are reasonably priced and they are not salesman. I won't let anyone else touch my car. Thank you!
