CUTE store with items you aren’t going to find elsewhere, and we love shopping local when given the chance. Had a mix-up with a charge for a pacifier and was immediately remedied over the phone after I realized the error. Will definitely be back for our own and gifts for others.

I received a beautiful matching Minnesota onsie and hat as a baby gift. The fabric is great quality; it’s soft, cozy, and stretchy. The design is adorable and a work of art! The owners of this store are friends of ours and are extremely thoughtful and are dedicated to design clothes that are the highest quality! Today I went into the Edina location to scope out some baby clothes. I was greeted by a middle aged woman who seemed pleasant at first, but I quickly realized this was not the case. She blurted out that she didn’t think I looked old enough to have a baby and asked if I was shopping for someone else. This is no way to treat paying customers when you don’t know their history. I will not be returning to this store.

Very dishonest. Would never shop there again. My brother purchased gifts for my daughter and nieces last week for Christmas - we kept ⅔ of the things but wanted to exchange the other things. He was told we didn’t require a receipt and could look it up under his name. However when we went to exchange they said they needed a receipt. Would not even exchange for a store credit. Truly astonishing and disappointing. Maybe they are close to going out of business and need the cash but that is one way to lose business. I will be sure to tell everyone I know - which is a lot of young families so they do not have to deal with the same dishonestly and poor service.

Love this store!! The staff was so helpful pulling outfits together for our granddaughters first pictures. I never write reviews but the selection of high quality adorable clothing is worth giving it 5 stars.

Horrible place to work. The owners are micro managers. They do not respect their employees. All they care about is making money. They work you like a dog! Minimal breaks- they don't thank you for your hard work.Worse place I have ever worked. I had a wooden shelf fall on me- and they didn't even call me to see if I was ok.Treat others with kindness!

I LOVE the clothes here however I will never shop here again. The customer service staff is beyond rude. BEWARE of all their sneaky rules and sly things. Really a bummer because like I said the design is great but clearly whoever is in charge needs to address the staff and no-return policy.

I visited here for the first time this past Sunday and it is such a charming store full of gorgeous and high quality baby items! The associate was so kind and helpful and told me the whole story behind the Oh Baby brand. Will definitely be coming back.
